Unprofessional, Inexperienced, Disorganized. Just Don't waste your time and Money. They will send out 4-6 people, whom they claim to have experience and al Fail. Complete waste of time and money.
Have used them for install before. They tried to quote me $4,000 more for the same HVAC unit at a neighboring house I own that’s equivalent to the one they installed for me less than 12 months prior. I called the guy out on it and he still had no desire to budge. Even more frustrating, I also had a plumber come out to quote me on a simple fix to change a pipe that was gonna take 20 minutes. He wanted $550. Of course I objected and then he tired to tack on a $120 service charge and I’m certainly going to reject it.
Isiah was great he went on above and beyond what he was supposed to do , I really appreciate him coming out thank you 5 stars
Our salesman Elton has been awesome, mitigating a scheduling error that stopped us from going on vacation. The two technicians Justin and Bichu went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of us, working on July 3 until 10pm and Justin came back on the 4th of July to finish up. Overall, I would give them 4 stars with the only demerit being the schedulers.
Logan did an excellent job quickly and efficiently fixing our unit. We really appreciate him.

Alex was great! He figured out the issue and replaced the thermostat. We downloaded the new app and got it set up. Everything is working and I can control the unit from my phone. He also fixed the box outside for the compressor. Awesome job and he explained everything.
The only reason that I chose 4 stars is due to Tech not arriving until after 5pm and I was scheduled for 8am-12pm. Not his fault. Isaiah was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I will continue to do business with ARS.
The lady that answered the phone gave me a coupon for the $83 then when they got here he said that I couldn’t use the coupon because it was a different service and your price is ridiculous $400 to unstop a bathtub drain. The guys that came out were very nice. We couldn’t believe that you charged $119 for them to walk through the door. You’re a poor excuse of a business and we will never ever call you again and we will encourage all of our friends and family to not use you
The hard work DeShawn Willis put into cleaning my unit. You could see the heat and humidity was wearing him down. He did the best he could do with weather. I only thought is they should bring cleaning supplies and chemicals. Nothing was used but water. I could have sprayed water.
My unit still not cooling to my desired temperature. Gave no explanation as to why others than its working. If I want it 68 in my home it should get to 68 within 10 minutes. Always did in the past and now it will not get close. Only 80 outside and this guy didn't care much to get what I wanted done. He only wanted to upsell on a surge protector. Here I am a day later after another service and still hot AF inside.
Beware of their HVAC sales approach - I had one of two AC Condenser units go out, called ARS from a flier in the mail, and they came out right away. Showed pictures of multiple "problems" and estimated over $3800 just to repair existing unit, and $13K to do all recommended work. As an engineer myself, I knew much of what they said was bogus. I got a second opinion, replaced a capacitor & hosed off fan - minor repairs, and the unit was working again - for $334. I called the manufacturer to get more information and data on my unit - should last another 10 years. I don't trust ARS - beware of their sales BS.
Used this company twice. Both times I appreciated their work and the knowledge the techs had. This most recent time was awesome. He helped me understand problems and risks and left everything up to me without pushing. Thanks for the help! I’ll use y’all again when I need something!
From the emergency plumbing call at 7:30 am to the arrival of Danny, Isaiah, Tiny, Smalls, and Keith, we were so impressed and very grateful!! Our sewer lines were blocked (and we later learned cracked) and the water was backing up and pouring under the house. We had called 3 other companies and were told it would be anywhere between 24 and 72 hours before they could get anyone there. The response team from ARS arrived within the hour. Wow! What a difference!! And we knew immediately that we were in great hands - professional, skilled, courteous - and they explained every step clearly and fully. It was not to be an easy fix but they got the lines flowing for our temporary use and shifted to complete the remaining repair outside so as not to inconvenience us. Add thoughtful to the list of superlatives! We couldn’t more highly recommend ARS for any issue you might have!! Thank you to our team and those within this company who have put both excellent customer service and high quality work as a standard operating procedure. Thank you!!
Keaton was awesome! Not only did he replace the original part that needed replacing but then he was able to find another replacement that was needed and had our air unit up and running the very next day!
I called ARS at 1:00 PM on a Sunday when one of my HVAC units stopped cooling. In between calling them and someone showing up, my second HVAC unit also went out. Ben from ARS showed up at my house at 6:00 PM, quickly diagnosed 2 part failures, replaced both parts, verified everything, and had me back up and running comfortably within an hour. ARS and Ben provided great service, they were timely, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend using them to anyone in a similar jam.
The HVAC pro was exactly that , a pro. Was extremely helpful and did not waste any time sorting out the issue with my A/C unit. My dad and I was melting in our home. I decided to call ARS and without hesitation they got a certified HVAC pro to us. He wasted know time and pinpointed the problems. He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions very politely. I only put 5 stars because it will not let me go any higher. I would if I could. Calling ARS for my central heat and air repair is something I do not regret and insist on everyone who is having A/C problem to call ARS. They are 24/7 7 days a week. The HVAC technician had our air going again with only 15 minutes of his arrival. I highly recommend. 11/10
