My water heater was leaking water in my attic, and I called Patton Plumbing and go an appointment the same day. The staff was professional and on time. I’m very pleased with the job done and I know I will chose Patton Plumbing for future repairs.
$947 to replace 4 cartridges is unreasonable. I paid the service call and sent him on his way

Our technician Shane was extremely patient and went the extra mile trying to unravel some mysterious leaks. He fixed two toilets quickly and efficiently, answered all my questions and tidied up after finishing.

I needed a new water heater and they were able to schedule me right away for the estimate. We are coming up on a holiday weekend and the technician was booked until after next Wednesday. He called the office, they shuffled some things around and three hours later I have a brand new already installed water heater (standard, not tankless). Shane was professional and I m very impressed by how everything was handled,
Emmitt got my AC back up and running like it should quickly and without breaking the bank. Also, he got me signed up with a reasonably priced yearly maintenance contract for my plumbing, heating, and air to hopefully catch problems before they happen.

We've been using Patton Plumbing, Heating and A/C for years now. So many, I've lost count. They've saved us from water leaks before they got out of control and have been there for us to keep us cool or keep us warm. Today, Billy and Reily were out here to replace our upstairs unit. Shawn and his entire team are top notch professionals, friendly and courteous. We won't use anyone else! They are the BEST!
Patton Plumbing came immediately to fix my leaking tankless water heater. They were efficient. When the tech fixed the problem before quoting me a price, Shane took care of my bill immediately. That kind of HONEST, professional leadership is hard to come by. Will use again.

fouPlumbing, Heat, and A/C! We just moved to Collierville and can't recommend them high enough! We have used Patton Plumbing, Heat, and A/C before. They installed a new system for our main living area. It is time to replace the system for the bedrooms and we decided to use them again. Always the best! Emmitt Wibiral was very professional and explained everything to us.
A text was sent to let me know Forrest was on his way. He arrived on time and was very professional and kind. He even took time to interact with my dog. He explained everything to me and even did a small repair. I look forward to doing business with Patton again!
Came to investigate clogged tub and did a very thorough job. Listened to concerns and walked me through each step. We ended up needing a full sewer replacement. Price was fair and so far the work seems to be great. I’d use them again and absolutely recommend.
We had to have a new hot water tank installed in our home. They kept me informed throughout the process from the time we approved the job estimate until the job was completed. Every one was nice.
