Maintenance man came out to unclogged the sink in the upstairs bathroom.
My home warranty company sent them out to repair my dryer which was not working. I told them that the dryer was not heating up. He shows up on the first trip and just cleans out the lint in the dryer and tells me that it is fixed. He then returns for a 2nd visit and again cleans out the vent(which was previously cleaned out right?). Then determines “yeah you’re right it’s the heating element” we will have to order parts. Okay now for the third visit. I receive a call from Jenny saying the part is in and can they come between 3-4pm. I return her call and confirm this time. The day of the appt. I receive at call 15 minutes prior to their arrival time saying that they are at my house. I call Jenny back and tell her that they arrived earlier than the appt time. She states “well they waited till 3pm and they left”. Are you kidding me. Then proceeds to tell me that they had to go to an emergency repair and I would have to reschedule. Unprofessional.
Randy didn’t show up at the time he said he would. He showed up without tools to complete the job so I had to let him borrow mine. He showed up for 3 hours, didn’t complete the framing job and hasn’t been back since. They told us they could pull a plumbing permit but said their plumber is out of town. This company has been nothing but a headache!
Very knowledgeable in taking care of my problem and was very good at explaining the problem and how to alleviate it in the future. Very impressed & will most likely call on them again. Also very prompt in responding to my initial contact.
