Ray is absolutely one of a kind! Not only is he knowledgeable in locating and correcting problems, he's very transparent and honest; something that's hard to come by these days. I can't sing enough praises for such a wonderful team! Ray, Haylee and team are the best! HVAC kicked over the summer when it was 100 degrees out and they got out the same day and fixed it quick. I was so impressed that I signed up for their loyalty program and they've come by twice already to get our system ready for the changing season. Ray came today and was quick, on time and explained everything clearly. He even reconnected a detached vent in both our attic and crawlspace. He is the best! Could not be happier with Nashville HVAC and look forward to working with them for years to come.
They're the best of the best. Seriously! Ray, Haley, and the team at Nashville HVAC Group are absolutely fantastic. They've gone above and beyond in helping install new low flow HVAC systems for our studio, fixing the old ones and more. Cannot recommend them enough!

Our cheap builder unit was costing us $600 a year to repair and maintain. After numerous HVAC companies attempting to repair our units I finally got fed up and had Nashville HVAC install a new main unit as well as replace components in our secondary unit. Good service, good quality. Very satisfied so far.
We received three bids and Nashville Hvac came back at the right price, but what sold us was the personal attention to our Hvac issues. They didn’t just try to make a sale they really went about solving our HVAC problems! We are not dreading the summer because we know it was done right and we were very toasty this winter. Nashville HVAC installed a new system in my home almost 2 years ago. I have used them to perform service checks on the system ever since, they have always been on time, very professional. I highly recommend Nashville HVAC.

I had a poor experience with this company. When I attempted to speak to the owner to resolve, he prevented me from explaining my situation, interrupted me numerous times, and hung up the phone. He left me baffled and staring at my cell in my hand. I cannot recommend this company.
Life savers! It’s summer, it’s hot, and we couldn’t get the house cooled.We had to have our entire duct system redone, and our house is pretty big, so it was a huge job. The guys were very polite and professional. They promised they’d finish the work and not leave us with no ac even if it meant working late. And they did get it done! I feel bad that they had to spend that long in a dark, wet crawlspace, but I am so grateful that they did. I didn’t catch their names, but guys, thank you so much!
You guys such worthless excuse for a company. If you get this company assigned to you from a warranty company ask them to change it.
This is the worse company I have deal with. It has been imposible to get them to come to my house because they keep rescheduling the appointments. I work full time and it is very disrespectful for them to keep changing the appointments like I don’t have anything else to do but to wait for them and see when they want to come. Technicians are very disrespectful and talk to you with demeanor like you are retarded and they are geniuses. They try to bully you in giving them all the money at once. I highly recommend that you call someone else that will respect you and value you as a costumer and that will provide a good service for you.
New to the area, I am so very thankful to have found Ray Goodman and his company, Nashville HVAC group. Buying a 'new-to-us' home with very old AC and furnace units, we had been experiencing some cooling then hearing issues, which Ray was quickly able to visit our home and repair the issues. His quick & thorough service and great savings have been wonderful to our family budget. We have since asked Ray to add us to his seasonal cleaning & maintenance check up schedule in order to ensure things continue to run well. I definitely recommend Ray and his Nashville HVAC Group team to anyone looking for help in servicing or repairing your AC or furnace units.
