I highly recommend Tayfer very professional reasonable price. They install complete system also installed ducting in the ceiling I prefer. Few other estimates recommended underneath the house using my old ducting their prices install in ceiling were too expensive. I also had an outlet that wasn't working fixed it, cleaned up after themselves that was a big plus. I can't say enough good things about these guys you definitely can't go wrong very nice professional hard workers. Thank you, Justin

My heat was out during 5 degree temperatures and a new born in the house on December 23rd, 2022. Justin Taylor responded immediately and made the service call at 8pm when no other company would. Within an hour of arrival my heat was up and running again and the anxiety of Christmas without heat was over. Excellent and professional service. Thank you!

I am new to the area. After calling several HVAC companies to service my Heat Pump TayFer was the ONLY one who called me back. Within one day Allen was out checking my system. He was honest, checked out my heat pump and said "Your system is working fine. There is no need for repairs. I am not going to charge you anything." Needless to say I was blown away. Allen explained how the system works and made me feel at ease. He even went as far to call the manufacturer to see if my system was still under warranty and when it was installed. This gave me peace of mind. Guys like this are hard to come by these days. Honesty, integrity and friendliness goes a long way for me. They have won me over and I will be calling them next time and telling people about them. Thanks Allen, I appreciate your honesty.
Justin answered my call and he was the most professionally behaved gentleman. He helped me diagnose the problem over phone as much as he could, and then scheduled me in for service and was quick prompt and also gave me tips how to save energy and cleaning the units. He fixed my equipment up and were running in no time. Great person and company. I would definitely use them all the time.
They found us a great deal for a dual gas/electric heat and air unit to replace ours. But before replacing, they tried several fixes in hopes of saving us money. Our unit was 25+ years old, so we knew it was inevitable. They came out quickly, worked after normal business hours, were friendly, and didn't try to sell us something that wasn't needed upfront. Less than 2 years later, our unit quit working properly while we were on vacation. We contacted them again. They came out twice. The second time was on a Saturday (so once again, after business hours). They spent most of their Saturday fixing our unit. Long story short, the part to be replaced was faulty when placed in the unit at the factory...so they guided me to contact the unit's company about the issue. They go above and beyond to help all customers! Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough how much they helped me getting my A/C unit back up and running. The knowledge they have and there workmanship was GREAT! Pricing was very competitive from what I have paid in the past but the one thing that stuck out the most was they actually took the time to explain to me why I was having my problem. They just didn’t fix it and leave. Very personable people and would definitely recommend them to anyone that is having issues. I will be replacing my unit soon and I will definitely have them do the work.
