This company goes above and beyond for its customers. Chad is very knowledgeable in this industry and will take care of any HVAC needs you might have. Would highly recommend to anyone!
Chad the owner and his employee Junior, Are awesome. it was cheaper then I tight it was going to be. very fast service. i called and they where out here THE NEXT DAY, i also called on a sunday. great work, my heater is working great. i plan on using chad for everything i do with my HVAC, It was a great experience. Chad is awesome. Honest, reliable and reasonable pricing. The first time we used his company, he wasn't the least expensive quote, but he was the most knowledgeable and his quote was on the lower end of the many we received. We are Real Estate Investors, so since then we've used Chad exclusively for over two years and on multiple projects and properties and he's always been top notch. The only AC guys we use.
Chad is the most honest and knowledgeable A/C repairman I know. He is always helpful and accessible. He goes out of his way to make sure you are exceedingly happy with his work. I will recommend him to all of my friends and family!
Chad is just great! He is very reasonably priced, knows his stuff, and responsive! He checked and replaced the starting capacitor in the outdoor unit of our HVAC in less than half an hour, and on just a couple days' notice. I will always trust Quality Air Control with my HVAC needs.
Best HVAC company I have ever used. Chad was amazing, he came out and fixed both the AC and Heating units. The pricing was great and they don't rip you off like a lot of the other companies in Knoxville. Customer service was awesome. I highly recommend!
