Professional, polite, and affordable!
Very quick response, fantastic service by Robert.He was incredibly helpful, brought us space heaters to get us through this recent cold snap until our motor came in. We're in our 70's and that personal touch was greatly appreciated. We will be glad to recommend your company to our friends and family.
Their drivers are reckless. Just now happened. I was at the red light, this companies car was behind me, there was quite a lot of traffic and I couldn’t go forward because the car on front of me wasn’t moving. This company employee ran into my car while my newborn was in the back. Then when I tried to get off on the side of the road so I could get his information the employee hit my car again. So now I have a ruined vehicle and an employee hit and run on my vehicle.

They did a great job replacing my 20 year old heat pump system with a new gas system. They were quick and cleaned up great after they were finished. They also repaired the AC unit at my other house. Recommended a cost saving route that I wasn't aware we could. Highly Recommend these guys.
I struggled to find an HVAC company that I could trust and wouldn’t overcharge me. I went the “DIY” route which didn’t work out so well. I was then referred to Poteet Heat & Air who was very responsive to my AC problem. After they fixed my AC, I can’t be happier that I was referred to them. You can’t ask for a more professional, friendly and trustworthy company. I will forever recommend Poteet Heat & Air.
I contacted Poteet Heating & Air on a Saturday afternoon after calling three other companies. I texted Leo a video of the Freon leak to get a second opinion. Leo was the first technician that agreed with me that the fine tube leak looked like it could be “brazed” and that I didn’t need to replace the whole “reversing value” for $1,200! Leo was on time, professional, and a true craftsman who can creatively solve problems. Leo repaired the leak with a weld the very next Monday and saved me $450 on the unnecessary replacement of the valve. I will definitely will call Poteet Heating & Air in the future.
Very reasonable priced. Davin and Paxton came to my house to install a gas line. This is the second line I've had installed by poteet. Very nice quality work, very helpful in setting the appliance up to the gas. Explained how to operate the appliance on both occasions. Took my phone call to answer a few questions the next day after the work was performed. They're definitely about quality and not quantity, would recommend them hands down from my previous experiences.

We started using Poteet Heat and Air last summer to try to imp our very dated upstairs unit as long as possible. We were able to make it through the winter and half of this summer before replacing the unit. We replaced both the upstairs ac unit and the furnace. The cost was very affordable and the employees are all very nice. They will take the time to answer any questions you have and even show you what they are doing throughout their service. They work very fast and we did not have to wait an extended period of time for the units to be installed. Yesterday my downstairs unit went out (not the new unit). I called them this morning and they were here by 1130 am. My ac is already repaired and working again! Thank you Poteet for being timely, knowledgeable, and just so dang nice!

Holy cow it's been a long time since I've been so happy with my experience with a service company. They scheduled a visit quickly, which is greatly appreciated. Paxton, the owners' son, was the technician. He was on time, polite, professional, took care of our issues, and gave us some good advice. This is our first time picking a contractor since dropping our home warranty company, and Poteet will absolutely be our first call for HVAC from now on.
On a Friday afternoon our upstairs A/C unit failed. I quickly called around to try to get on a schedule, but everywhere I called I was told it would be Monday before I could be seen. I was very fortunate to find Poteet. Within 20 minutes of me calling, they had dispatched Paxton who quickly diagnosed the issue (bad capacitor) and had it repaired and working again very quickly. Thank you Poteet and you will be our family's first call for future needs.
I needed my A/C repaired and researched online for a quality licensed Heat & A/C repair company. I read many great reviews for Poteet and gave them a call. They arrived at my house under an hour and quickly had my A/C operational again. They were professional, courteous, and performed a much-needed condenser cleaning. I have an older unit, and when the time comes to replace it, I know that I'll be calling Poteet. Excellent company that I highly recommend!!
