There’s water, water, on the floor. My water heater works no more. “Call the plumber,” my wife said, While my heart filled up with dread. “This will cost a leg and arm!” I worried, full of great alarm. But, alas, my fear was for not. Cory arrived with a plan and plot. “Here’s your quote!” he said with a smile. I looked at the number and thought for a while. “This is not bad,” I thought with great joy. “I still have money to buy food for my boy!” And so, we asked Pipe Wrench to replace the old one. Soon we will have water to bathe our young son.
Brandon and his team were knowledgeable about the issue and resolved it quickly.
Tried to scam me by insisting I needed a new unit ($11,000). Got a bid from another company that fixed the issue in under an hour.
I called Air Care to come look at the duct work this past Tuesday. They said they couldn't touch any ductwork til after September. I called Pipe Wrench this morning and they've already came out, did a full inspection and can handle the repair of the ducts or full replacement next week. Amazing difference in the level of service between 2 phone calls. While Corey was here he addressed other concerns we had with leaking faucets and was very quick to assess the issue and we are very happy to have this leak fixes very soon.
Noah, arrived on time. He was very professional in his approach to us when he arrived. Explained the steps and process of what he was going o preform. Definitely will request him and your company for any future visits.

Spoke with Daniel about a quote for a tankless water heater. Daniel was very professional and friendly.
We called Pipe Wrench Plumbing and Daniel Rakowski was at our door in less than 3 hours. He came in, introduced himself and assessed the problem with our old water heater. He gave us several options with pricing. He didn’t try to pressure us or coerce us. Gave us time to decide what was best for our household. Also appreciated the text with his picture so we would know who we were opening our door for.

Everyone that I delt with during this process were very experienced, knowledgeable and professional.
We had someone come out for an estimate and were shocked at what they wanted to charge. Also, after the initial visit, before the technician left my house he asked if I'd go to Google and leave a positive review (even though they hadn't done any work yet lol . I'm giving 2 stars because they did find a leak under the house that was leaking onto the HVAC, which we had repaired by a warranty from another company.
Aaron Tatum did a great job. Was on time and did a good job communicating everything to me inna way I could understand. I would recommend and use this company again.
Adam Bunch and Cody Storms were awesome guys who came out to do a full water repipe on our house. I can't say enough good things about them. Will definitely be using them in the future if needed!

I had a quality experience with Pipe Wrench and would recommend them to help for anyone's plumbing. Since moving into our house 5 years ago, the house has had major plumbing issues. I have worked with 3 other plumbing services in town over the past 5 years and have dealt with a toilet leak, 2 emergency calls for pin leaks in old copper, and then a re-pipe. Tbh, all the services I have used were efficient, and knew how to solder copper or make connections in pex well. In prior experiences, having someone care about my house has always been a missing ingredient. And the experience with Johnny with PW showed alot of care toward my home! This place is where my family lives, and that care has blown all the other services in town out of the park!! The call was not an emergency and was for a faucet install switching out 30 year old hardware. Arrival was prompt and before the install we walked around checking the existing plumbing and found 2 leaks that I had not noticed and he was able to fix them on the same day. Having dealt with emergency calls in the past I was happy to fix these issues before they got worse. While this call was not the biggest emergency or biggest job in the world, the care shown was next level. Honesty, respect, communication all were 5 stars. Great service. Please keep it going PW.
