Josh is a star! He is knowledgeable and you can tell he wants to do right by you and your house. I would highly recommend.

This review was done after the inside installation was done. If all you need is inside work, good job. As far as digging up your yard, DON'T LET THEM!!!!! They dug mine up and when they refilled it, it was just chunks of clay, uneven and even buried the roots that they pulled out. Came back, after several calls and stopping by the office, and tried to level it up. Still rocky and bare. Didn't even offer any compensation for their unprofessional work on my yard. This was an Inheritance from my father and now after paying 12,500 for the work, I still have to hire a landscaper to fix it. The gentleman were very professional and efficient. Explained everything and answered all my (silly) questions without any hesitate or making me feel stupid. They were extremely helpful and made everything seem so easy. I couldn't have asked for a better team of professionals. They worked with me on finding an affordable solution for all the problems I had an inherited with an almost 100 year old home. It was a huge job and they were finished in a day. I would recommend these professional men to anyone without any hesitation.

I was on the service plan and had the annual A/C check up. Supposedly there were a couple of things wrong so I had them fixed. It wasn’t inexpensive either so I expected everything to be looked at. Once they left I needed to go check on a couple things in the attic and when standing in front of the A/C unit I felt a cold breeze. There was a large area that was leaking air. Either a seal was removed while looking or the gap was always there and examination of the A/C unit was not thorough I was told a manager would call me to discuss but that never happened. At this point I’m not even sure the examination caught everything so I have to hire someone else to come and check. Very frustrating
Pipe Wrench and their technician Steve Jones came out on the same day that we called even though it was the day after a holiday! Steve was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional and such a nice guy!! We will use them again!
Everyone involved with Pipe Wrench was courteous, responsive to messages and calls, did extremely high quality work, very professional in every way. They started on time and called ahead of time. The estimate was outlined in detail. Pipe Wrench has done quite extensive work on at least 5 occasions on my aging house both with plumbing which required demo of sheetrock and floors, and HVAC which required extensive work including unit replacements and ductwork in a hot attic, and the service has been been top notch every time. They clearly showed me the existing problems before any work began. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Hot water heater went out. These guys arrived a half hour after my call and had it replaced the same day. I was amazed at the response time. Each of their guys were polite. Overall a great experience.
Aaron and Tony came out to my house to replace a garbage disposal and they did a fantastic job. They were very quick to diagnose and fix the problem. Very polite and personable people. I highly recommend pipe wrench.
I've used a lot of plumbers over the years in Knoxville. This is the best company I've had work for us. Highly recommend them for your home or company!

All aspects from scheduling the estimate to job completion were completed quickly and professionally. Daniel and Josh provided an accurate and reasonable estimate. Cody and Ron arrived the next morning and expertly completed the job. My wife and I are pleased that we chose Pipe Wrench Plumbing, and happy to know that we can call them for a variety of jobs including plumbing, gas line installation, and HVAC.
Justin and Tyler provided great service, advice, and photos showing that our water line had not been installed properly. We were happy with the service we received when hiring them to repair our water line.
Excellent prompt service! Both Colin and Kyler deserve shoutouts for being so quick and able to rectify my situation. Knowledgeable and able to work several options to meet my repair needs. Even went above and beyond to attempt a repair before replacement was deemed required. Would recommend their friendly services to anyone!
Ryan and Chris were our technicians. They did exactly what they told us they would do when they installed our tankless water heater. Both were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Also appreciated the text and notifications with pictures of who to expect when opening our door. Would definitely use this company again.

Kyler was professional and kind! He did a great job explaining the technical aspects of what needs to be done and why. Ryan Johnson did an excellent job! His work inside and outside the home was tidy. He also explained everything clearly and answered my additional questions.
Overall, the entire team did a great job from the initial call to the final installation/repair. Ryan was the service installation person and did a great job. Very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you!
The Technician was very nice and professional but $430 to clear a drain and there is no guarantee it worked, he "thinks" he got it. I guess it would be another $430 or more if he didn't get it after all and I had to call them back. Way too expensive. This was not an emergency call either. I was assured they are competitive then later that day I had a guy from another company come do AC service. He was shocked at that price for that service. He said we have a plumbing division and it wouldn't and that seems way too high. I would have been better off going to Lowe's and getting my own auger. In response; Yes I did accept it. When I was told the price I said holly hell but due to schedule limitations I have I had no choice if I wanted it done now. He also assured me that was competitive but I think that was just sales talk now. It would have been another 2 weeks at least if I would have refused. The job took 10 minutes and he stayed another 10 to let the washer drain once. It was a reccuring issue and was currently draining when he arrived.We have been able to get it temporarily draining with drain cleaner when it clogged but that was only temporary as it came back several times hence the plummer. The part that really gets me besides the exorbitant price for the service preformed is that it was an attempt to clear it and he "thinks" he go it. I guess the price is due to the bigger staff and the advertising budget. Probably a franchise fee too. The other company did not bad mouth you lol. He just commented on how pricey that was for a simple drain clearing that may not have even worked. Time will tell on that.
Eddie was on time, very fast and efficient, respectful, took the time to explain everything to me and then quoted me for replacement parts. Had it all done this afternoon! He answered all of my questions about the systems filters and explained what he was testing and why. 10/10
