Dekota Warren just came out and installed a new water heater and PRV at my home. He offered to go get a new water heater when the first one had a dent in it. Very professional and friendly
They helped me tremendously! Everyone was extraordinary to work with from the people in the office on the phones to the technicians that came and worked on everything. Especially Kenny, Chris and Max. They went ABOVE and BEYOND for me and my family. My best decision was using this company.
James did a great job during a recent maintenance call. He identified a few issues that were promptly corrected. He was also able to explain everything in a way that easy to understand. Best tech I have had.

I had an issue with my air conditioning unit a few weeks ago and made the call to Pioneer. Technician Gavin Thomas came out in a timely manner and identified the issue. He was very personable, professional, and thorough in his explanations of what was going on. I appreciate Gavin and the Pioneer team; I would highly recommend this company for any AC issues.

I’ve used Pioneer now for quite some time and continue to be impressed. I called with an issue this morning that concerned me. They had a tech at my house that afternoon and took great care of me. Jason Barnard was the tech and I could not have been more impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Companies like this seem to be few and far between anymore.

We are just starting to research Heat/Air units since our unit is about 26 yrs. old. We needed lot of education on new units. Kenny gave us an excellent education, explaining well what we did not understand. No decision today but we are better informed. Thanks, Kenny, you did a great job!

Condensation pump Pioneer installed 3 months ago constantly running and shutting off my thermostat. Tyler and James came out today and found the problem and fixed it, and installed a new pump while only charging me the service call fee. Courteous men and the problem solved!

Let me start by saying how much I appreciate Pioneer H&A! I bought my first unit from Pioneer shortly after my husband passed away in 2007. That unit recently needed some MAJOR repairs be done to it that would cost me a lot of money. I didn’t have the money to buy a new unit so of course I chose to repair the unit. They were scheduled to do the repairs last week, but Joe LNU, a sales manager with Pioneer, showed up at my door the day the repairs were to be done (I truly believe he was Heaven sent). He offered me a price for a new unit that I could afford and Joe (a different Joe) and Jaden came yesterday, Memorial Day, and installed my new unit (thank you Lord)!!! They were very professional and definitely knew what they were doing!!! Pioneer H&A is very fortunate to have these two employees as well as every one of their employees, from maintenance to office employees!!!! You know the line…you get what you pay for…well you get EXCELLENCE with Pioneer!!!!! I recommend them highly!!!!! Kristel Hill
Had the house upgraded from 100 amp to 200 amp electric service. Josh did a great job. The inspector came and was very impressed. He checked the entire system and said it was done correctly and professional. Passed inspection and everything in the house works perfect. Josh was thorough and made sure everything was perfect. Thank you Pioneer staff. Would highly recommend.
