Chris is so great! He cleaned out the drains at my rental and did a good job and impressed my renters. It's so nice to be able to call and get same day service for a good price. I will be using this company again with my rentals.
One of our air-conditioning units quit cooling the morning before having out-of-town guests arrive. Michael Fernandez was on site quickly, diagnosed the problem and a new part installed. Michael was so polite, extremely knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He also wore shoe covers in the house to keep our floors clean. This was such a good experience. Thank you Michael and thank you Chaffee Heat and Air!

Called in Friday as a HVAC friend told me my unit needed to be cleaned. I spoke to three companies and felt the first two were looking for ways to get more money BEFORE they even saw my unit. I spoke to Aaron at Patriot Mechanical who advised me of a service fee what it would cover and then told me of their service contracts. I had a horrible experience with a service contract previously with a different vendor. My service man Michael was on time, explained how the unit worked, was very through, had the work completed as previously stated and explained the benefits of a service contract. This company is highly professional with work done right and timely. I highly recommend them and my service representative Michael.
I needed to get my unit looked at asap and Micheal was out quickly and will be back to do the work

We have numerous split unit/ductless heating & air units. After the previous company we had been using discontinued full maintenance as a part of their standard service agreement (and yet continued to charge the same amount fir less service), I found Chaffee/Patriot. Renee, in the office, was just wonderful to work with based on our needs and very understanding. They were able to send out 2 technicians in a timely manner. They performed a COMPLETE maintenance service on our units. They were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and, in my opinion, gave a good value for our money. I give my highest recommendation to Chaffee/Patriot and will definitely continue to call them in the future.
I recently had service by Chaffee Air. The technician arrive promptly and preformed service on my head and air unit. It took app 45 minutes start to finish. Price was good. Ready for the summer heat.
I called Chaffee HVAC to set up an appointment for them to come on a Friday and give me an estimate on new mini ductless system in the basement and major renovation to the upstairs system. They agreed to come out. On the day of expected arrival, I called to get an expected time of arrival and was told they could not come. I understand that things change so I discussed with them to come out the following Tuesday. On Monday I called and text from my cell and no answer and no response to the text. My calls were seemingly “blocked” and went straight to voicemail. On Tuesday morning same response. I used my work phone and got an answer. The person stated they would be at my house at 5pm. I left work 10 min early so not to be late. After 5:10 pm I called and text without response. After 45 minutes the had not arrived and no communication as of 10pm. this company is not to be trusted and not reliable. I would never use this company
Was hired to to take a look at our shower and sink for possible repairs. Made the repairs without any notice or discussion beforehand. Going on 2 weeks now and only the shower is fixed after several revisits, however the sink is still leaking. Tried to contact again today to see what's going on and was told it was going to be another $225 to fix the sink even though we've already paid over $400 for the original repairs while being told the work was covered for up to a year.
Hunter replaced my Remi Halo great service and professional . NEW OWNER Not to proud to leave this comment with the NEW owner Aaron was rude about a problem we had 12/23/2022 needing a gas starter no heat with 20• weather with snow on the ground stating he’d order me a part but never did he stated since it was under warranty he’d ship the broken part to get a replacement but that part was on back order and the company stated NO one had this part but my husband found 2 suppliers and another Trane dealer was able & willing to fix our problem the HVAC was installed 2019 and we have it serviced twice a year but we probably will use another caring company because when we purchased under Rex a great team but not so much now just be careful sounds like Aaron needs some experience in owning a business and needs operating expenses to shelf some inventory….. USE THIS COMPANY!! In all honesty, highly recommend this company. My heating system went out on 1/23/23, and it is a two year old system. I called a different local company to take a look at it and diagnose the issue. After 3 hours, the other "tech" had wracked up over $500 in charges, having never explained he was doing anything that was charging me, or asking permission to use something to charge me. I dismissed that company, and was referred to Chaffee to fix my heating issue. WHAT A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE. They came out within an hour or so of me calling this morning (approx 9:15am) and had everything fixed within a couple of hours. Hunter is the absolute man!!! Any time he needed to do something or change out a part, he came to me, explained what he was trying to accomplish, and the cost of each part to me, and any other options available. They respected my house and wore covers for their shoes, and were the epitome of professionalism. Payment/Invoicing was seamless, and I will be calling Chaffee moving forward for any heating/air issues, and will refer them to anyone that will listen. Good quality service goes a long way, and Chaffee just solidified me as a customer today. If you are in a lurch and need professional and quality fixes and reasonable prices, you could not find anyone better than Chaffee. P.S. - I'm not kidding, Hunter is amazing, if you can request a tech, definitely try getting him!
Chaffee came out, diagnosed my heating problem to a collapsed return duct as a result of some other Crawlspace work. My technician took the duct apart and reinstalled it and got things working quickly. Great job. Highly recommended. Bill
I recently had a full HVAC system installed and it couldnt have gone smoother. The tech's were professional and fast and the pricing was shockingly fair, Especially considering this was done peak season. It came in almost $2k under what I was budgeting for and the quality was impeckable. I'd Recommend them to everyone!
Corey was out for routine maintenance and discovered a bad compressor that was running loud in our heat pump.Luka came out that evening and explained our options. We decided to go with a new gas package which was installed the week after. I am sorry for not remembering names but a crew of three promptly arrived for the work. Luka and Corey also arrived for assistance. The entire project went well with the the crew being courteous, prompt, professional, and had a great work ethic. We are definitely happy with Patriot Mechanical and our heating system.
I called about a new unit quote and Hunter came out the same day and made his recommendations after checking the unit I had on Friday. He quoted the job and indicated they would install next business day which they did. I could not have had a better buying experience. Awesome service . They will be my new HVAC company
