Our commercial unit (5 ton) went out and we had three estimates. Their's was the most affordable and for a new unit! Not only that, but they also had it installed a week later when the other two companies said they where 20 to 22 weeks out. These guys were ready to go and easy to work with. Very pleased with the whole process. Highly recommend.

I would just like to give a huge thank you ,to Jacob & Gary Krug&sons for fixing a part on my heat unit when I was told could not be repaired as they didn’t make parts for it anymore he did say at some point yes need a new one and told me then price way much cheaper than I was quoted by others and was told even if it was to be fixed was quoted way to much ..you guys were my miracle today Thank you ,Thank you ,Thank you I will definitely keep your card .Angie .
In Response to Dan The Pastor's review, I was personally present when he called Gary at 8:30 pm on Sunday night to complain about the estimate price. Most company owners do not answer the phone on Sunday nights, however, Gary Krug will answer especially with colder weather approaching. If our price is not suitable, find another company to install your HVAC- which was Gary's response. However, thank you for your review, Dan, since you called back to ask him to do the job after your complaint. Have a great day!

Gary and his team did excellent work! They were very courteous and professional. Gary was very timely and completed a new A/C installation (condenser unit + evaporator upflow coil) in just a few hours, only one day after my initial phone call. The prices were fair and reasonable. They finished the job and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend them.
Amazing customer service and response time.
I called the Saturday before Easter desperate for help with my HVAC. I thought I was clever enough to install a smart thermostat myself and instead, I did some damage. They were to my house within 30 minutes after calling, had the job taken care of less than 30 minutes later, and charged such a reasonable price I could have cried. 1000% recommend this business!
