I had to leave a review - the owner Keith came to my home personally on Christmas Eve so I could have heat for the holidays! Great company, fair pricing, and the absolute best customer service!

Eddie came out same day yesterday on an AC emergency. Secretary who missed my call at 7:50 when house was already nearing 80 degrees called back a short time later. She was very polite and said they could fit me in between 1 and 3 pm. Eddie arrived at 13:22 right on time with the text alert I received at at 13:00. I explained to him what was going on and before he even made it to the AC unit he knew the capacitor was the problem. He replaced the part and had my AC running in minutes! He was professional, knowledgeable, on time. Met or exceeded all expectations and fair pricing. Will be calling them from here on out for HVAC needs. Side note had called Henshaw first (carrier AC unit so found both numbers on carrier website) and some man named Andy said he call back at 8 am. He called back at 843 I asked what their pricing and availability was because I had reached out to other companies since it was an emergency. He replied “oh you’ve called other companies that’s fine screw you I don’t need your business go with someone else.” With horrible customer service like that, it made the friendly staff including Eddie at Keith Powell an easy decision for my future business.

Colin came out to our house on a Saturday evening to fix our air conditioning. He saved the day (and our sleep) in this 80 degree weather. We are so thankful! 10000% recommend using this company!

Anthony was absolutely amazing. We can’t thank you enough for helping us out. He worked very hard to find the issue we had with our HVAC system. Our upstairs unit went out at 1 am and he came that morning and even went out of his way to get a part for us to fix the problem the same day. Make sure to ask for Anthony. Absolutely love his personality and he is very very kind and we will definitely ask for him again. And highly recommend him.
We live in a new construction house and our AC unit was installed by a different company. Once we started having problems, Keith Powell sent a tech named Xavier out to us. He was very quick to respond to us and came out late at night to try and help us out. They have great customer service and are very professional. He told us the entire time what he was doing and what was going on. We definitely recommend this company.
Editing to resond to the business' response: This is not an issue about collecting payment for services rendered. This is an issue of an employee's mistake of when payment was expected. Rather than try to peacefully and politely resolve the mistake that YOUR EMPLOYEE made, Keith Powell himself resorted to threats. Now, as a result of those threats, I am left to believe that an employee from this contractor came onto my property, while no one was home, to remove freon from my unit. Due to the widely dishonest business practices that I have already experienced, who knows what else his employee might have done to my unit. Completely unprofessional. Horrible customer experience. I would recommend staying far away from this company. Scheduling took about a week, but it is Summer so I understood, plus it is a home warranty contract so I'm sure I am not on priority scheduling. The technician was nice. While at my house, we didn't communicate a whole lot after introductions, he just got straight to work. He said he needed to add freon and went on back to the unit. After he was finished he explained that he repaired a leak and added 3 lbs of freon. I told him thank you. It was at this time the technician told me that it was $100 per pound. I was shocked, but he said not to worry because they bill the warranty company first, and then we get a bill for the remainder. That was it. This was on a Wednesday. On Friday, someone from the office called and said that I would need to pay immediately. I explained what the technician told me, and she was rude and abrasive as she said, "He's new and doesn't know how we do things." I rarely have my card on me at work, so I explained that I didn't have a way to pay over the phone and to call me Monday. Today, I received a call from Keith Powell himself. His opening words were literally, "Kayla?" I confirmed, and he replied, "This is Keith Powell of Keith Powell Heating and Cooling, you have some of my freon, and I need to collect on it."
Our unit was 15+ years old and had major problems. Keith Powell and his employee's provided excellent service, were very courteous, honest and professional. I have full confidence in their services and would recommend them to anyone.
I gave the technician 5 stars. I had this unit installed 2 1/2 years ago . For any of you who get a faulty coil installed with your unit watch out because it's going to cost you $875 to get it repaired. Luckily for me the coil was still under warranty the 875 was for the freon and the 2 techs it took to replace it. Will I use this company again NO
The technician was very polite and professional...even after having to work in the sweltering heat all day!
Our capacitor went out on our home HVAC on a Friday during a 95 degree heat wave (because of course it did). The folks who installed it wouldn't come unless we paid for an emergency visit (usually not too useful on a Friday night), so we called Keith Powell. They were here and repaired it just after lunch. And they filed the warranty paperwork for us. Very happy! We also used them for our rental house. Same deal, broken on a Friday :(. They came out and diagnosed it (totally dead, it was ancient) and got it ordered on a Friday. It was installed in the next week and our tenants were happy again! Their pricing was competitive and they were professional and courteous. We've worked with about 5 other area contractors, and have not been happy until now. Really pleased with Keith Powell!

Keith Powell Heating and Cooling is truly one of the most efficient, honest, and reliable group of HVAC technicians we have worked with. They arrived within 30 minutes after our call, quickly diagnosed our problem, and even found an issue that all other previous HVAC technicians have missed! We had a routine maintenance visit. Price was very reasonable. Tech was very professional and knowledgeable.
I have now used them to replace 3 systems. One rental unit that I have and 2 in my home.They are a great company with great technicians. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
