Installing a new HVAC system is a daunting task, but it's even harder to find a trustworthy installer. I was so relieved when I found Hometown. Jason, the owner, was honest and upfront with me about everything, and I could tell that he really cared about his customers.And they do- Hometown replaced my 1950s furnace with a new dual fuel system and I couldn’t be happier. Hometown’s service is superb, and their warranty on new equipment inspires trust in what they sell. I highly recommend them to anybody who needs service or a whole new system. Honesty is hard to come by, but these folks have it!

When our airconditioner started making horrific noises, we asked our contractor who they recommended. With no hesitation, he told us to contact Hometown Air, that he had worked with them for years and held them in high regard. A call to Hometown Air got me not only a quick response, but a very professional technician that came out and promptly determined that the motor in our exterior AC unit had bad bearings. He was able to locate an exact replacement motor for the unit, and had us up and running in short order. Our system is an older system, so I know that it's a gamble on how long it will last before I need to replace it. What isn't a gamble is who I will be calling. Hometown Air has won my business with their outstanding service.

I put out feelers for a recommendation to a company that could help with our failing system. Robinson’s came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. The day I called, Jason came out and did a consult with me and answered my 100 questions. He took a look around, let me know what he thought was going on, and then he got a tech scheduled who came out the next day. Manny was my tech and he was so efficient. He showed me what was happening in my unit and explained everything in normal people language for me. Same day, Manny replaced my capacitor for me , checked both outside and inside units , and ordered the motor needed to fix our unit. From my first call it has only taken 3 days to get everything fixed. They were so quick and caring and patient. The prices were VERY reasonable and I couldn’t be happier with the service and care we received. I HIGHLY recommend Robinson’s.

JD doesn't always return calls or texts. My brother has been needing his a/c fixed for 3 days and they were just at his trailer on July 20, 2019 and charged $135 to replace a fuse. Worked briefly now is iced over and won't work. But JD won't return calls or texts.

My husband and I had an AC unit that just quit working and we had done some troubleshooting to figure out what was wrong. Instead of the company immediately saying we'll come look and charge you; he talked my husband into looking at some things that led us to figure out the answer as to why the unit went down. That's true customer service! He didn't have to care, but he did! My brother uses him as well and he has always been kind, polite, and helpful! We recommend him for your A.C. needs.
