Hiller is the best as far as I am concerned. Lance was in and out in just a few minutes, got everything working and no charge for the fix. Thanks guys!!!
These guys are the best. My a/c went on the fritz. Hiller was quick to get out and make repairs. And even suggested future money saving ideas.GOD BLESS HILLER
Xavious Johnson was amazing. He was very patient, and quick. He was amazing helping my wife while at work and made a stressful time very comfortable! I would suggest him to anyone! And a big thank you for the squishy for my daughter. She loves to help and that was a very awesome thing.

We had to have our main water line replaced. Austin and his crew at Hiller did a fantastic job! They were quick, professional, and courteous.
Natalie was very knowledgeable, explained all issues in detail and made requested repair quickly and successfully.
Unfortunately I had a 2-ton unit go bad recently. Austin Irby was very professional and did an excellent job diagnosing the problem. He then had me setup the next day with a visit from Shannon Fish to quote me on a new unit. I had 3 companies come give me estimates and Shannon was by far the most professional and thorough. Finally, installation of the new unit was done by lead installer Joseph Fox (assist from Dean). Both did an excellent job on the installation/test. Overall, working with Hiller was an excellent experience.
From the receptionist who took my call to the service technician who diagnosed and repaired the A/C unit, the Hiller personnel were courteous, professional and prompt. Customer service at its best.
This was our first time using Hiller . John and Bobby were excellent, on time, professional and went above and beyond. Explaining in details, and quick with the work.
We've used Hiller a lot for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work over the past year. We bought an older home and have had to update quite a bit. The technicians are always friendly and if the work doesn't get done right, they have always fixed it quickly. Big shout out to Max Mosley for the electrical work he did (without tearing up our home) and most recently to Jeremy, Nour, and Darrel for getting our entire HVAC unit replaced.
We're Hiller Club members for years now. Recently, we had our annual plumbing checkup and had a slow drain in the main bath. After a bill over $283 dollars the drain actually flows slower than before they "fixed it." Had to call someone else who actually took the time to correct the problem. Sad customer who's out twice the cost. Update: I have amended my review (from one star to 4) due to a timely response and a full refund promised by Hiller Plumbing. I'm feeling much happier now, and I plan to continue my Happy Hiller Club membership.
Very informative and thorough throughout the whole process. Very friendly and courteous. Would definitely give more stars if I could. Would definitely recommend them for everybody!!!
They were quick to respond and arrived on-time. They even sent me a text with a picture of the technician with a brief bio which was really awesome!
We’ve called Hiller a few times over the last few years and they have been fantastic every time! Their service folks are super professional, fast, and have helped us understand the ins and outs of our issues. They understand the situation is usually unpleasant. This most recent call for us was for our A/C going out. They got us in diagnosed and a new unit installed in less than a week. By the way, if you’re looking for a new unit, you should talk to Quintin Busher. He’s great and he’ll make sure you’re taken care of! Thanks, Hiller!
Hiller was excellent very professional, Friendly, and the customer service was outstanding! When installing my AC unit they made sure that the job was done correctly and done in a timely manner!!! Thank you Hiller for all that you do!!
Thank you Aaron for saving us! We had a plumbing issue the night before we were to list our house. Aaron came out late, diagnosed the problem, determined what he would need to fix it and said he would be back next morning and fix it. And he did! Even though it was a day off for him.
Update(Hiller did make a better impression the second round of conversation service reps and customer service were knowledgeable and frieldly taking their time to put in the work to resolve the issue ) I called hiller at 6 30pm they told me their technician would arrive between 7pm and 11pm and would have all tools to repair any issue with my toilet. And would only delay if they needed a part. The technician did not arrive until well after 11pm . Upon arrival he looked at the toilet. He did not touch it or inspect it or even enter the bathroom said "that is probably the septic I can't help you" when asked if he was even going to try to unclog the toilet he stated "if I'm wrong I'll come back and try" then changed me $124 and left . I would have appreciated Hiller attempting to solve the issue instead of giving up before attempting. I waited over 4 hours to be abandoned with no working toilets at 1230am and charged $124. I expected better customer service.
