Josh Butler came to do a large electrical project and he was great to work with and very friendly. I would recommend him to help with more.
This is the second time Josh has been out here and then done an excellent job at fixing the plumbing problems for me. I would recommend him highly and I always ask for him because of his expertise.
Zach did some electrical work for me and he did and amazing job, was very polite and attentive & knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend him to anyone thank you

Jacob and Patrick came and fixed my daughter and her fiance's air-conditioning in their home ASAP while she was away having surgery. They were very fast.

They're uninsured, will destroy your home and block your number. Special place in eternal damnation for this company. They led me to attempt suicide due to them totaling my home. Didn't even set up a place for the water to leave my home, they let it dump into my basement causing over $500,000 worth of damage. Get away from these low life criminals.
We had an issue with our heat/air system that was installed in Dec. Called the company to report issue. Even though it was after hours. The service tech, James, was here in maybe 1 1/2 hrs. He was very friendly and very helpful. He had the problem fixed in no time. And air was back on. Thank you so much James. And thanks to the person who answered the phone when I called. Sorry I don't remember her name. We have used this company alot the past few years. And we have never been disappointed.
This week our capacitator went out on our ac unit. Called HEP at 6pm, had a tech arrive by 7pm and my ac was working again by 7:30. Our tech Nathan fisher was very nice, knowledgeable, and got the job done fast.
Richard actually called and he had a slot to work me in early to do some maintenance on my AC systems. Richard was very professional, personable, and was able to explain in layman's terms the issues my systems were having. He laid out all the options on the table and approximate costs, and let me decide what I wanted done. No "pushiness" involved. Ended off topping off the coolants, but I know I will need to make larger decisions down the road a bit. HEP will definitely be in the running, especially if Richard is involved.
Luke the plumber did a good first diagnostic yesterday. Then Jeremy came in and really did a great job of figuring out where the water leak was!!! A month ago Anthony did a tremendous multi-day job of fixing a noise problem (really bad) with our HVAC system.
We had a water main break that required urgent repair. The technician who did the estimate (Luke) discovered corroded, leaking copper pipes under our house. So we had our water main and plumbing for the entire house replaced. We appreciate Luke, Jesse, Zach, Bryan, Tyler, Mike, Charles and Malorie. Each of these people did a fantastic job. I believe Tyler and Mike plumbed the house. They put in a very long day to get the job done. We are very impressed with the quality of work on this urgent job. We highly recommend HEP Is On The Way.
Adam came today to install some new lighting in our kitchen. The previous owners decided to DIY a hideous LED light fixture that had been torturing us with strobe lighting for over a year. We got some new track lights at Lowe’s and called HEP they called us the next day and the day after Adam came out and installed the new fixtures in about two hours. He did a great job and even fixed the orientation of the light switches which are also DIY and backwards. Definitely will use HEP for all our electric needs in the future!
Justin was awesome! He quickly diagnosed the problem with our unit, and got the house cooled back down. He was great to talk to and the price was great. I highly recommend HEP and Justin for your home.
These guys did a great job. Had a leak and they were out in 30 minutes to initially look at it. Preston and Duane from HEP came out for the diagnostic and repairs and they were professional, talked me through everything and helped out a ton. They got it fixed for me. Would recommend
All hep employees were great Tracy w, Ernest k. And Duane c were all very professional and very helpful they instilled a natural gas water heater without hesitation and were very quick definitely recommend hep for your plumbing needs.
Had the pleasure of meeting Travis Griffen and his crew to install our new unit. They worked so hard all day and was so polite and courteous while working in the rain and muddy conditions. I highly recommend Hep for any heat and air work that you may need
No called no showed. Told me they were coming at 8am-1pm didn’t show, called they said they were coming from 1pm-6pm. No show at 6pm, I called said they were coming. 7pm I called they said they were on the way still. At 8:50pm no call no show, I called they said “oh he went there but your apartment office was closed” never called. Who would expect an apartment office to even be open at 8:50 pm. Front office receptionist was extremely rude. Let’s see if they will do another no call no show today.
Richard Watts came when promised! He was very cordial, professional and explained things thoroughly. We are pleased to be working with HEP!
