I have to say - Henshaw Heating and Air was a pleasure to work with. Our AC had gone out and Henshaw responded to our maintenance request within 12 hours. Mike was our scheduled technician and he did a great job. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. Our unit was back working within an hour. Would definitely recommend!

I hate leaving these 1 star reviews. Heat went out and home warranty assigned Henshaws. Our technician Mike was out the next day and he was amazing. Simple part replacement. After he diagnosed the problem we were told we would receive a call to schedule the replacement of the part. Never heard back. Called several times with no answer, mailbox full, and no text response. Contacted home warranty 2 more times with the promise that Henshaws would call us that day. It’s been 2 weeks and still no heat.

So my heater went out yesterday. Called a few places and nobody could come out for over a week and most had a crazy service fees. Henshaw was my last call. Price was very affordable and they came out the next day. This company was awesome to work with.

DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS MONEY! They took $300 for prepaid service and refused for months to call us back or schedule it. When we did speak to someone they would say it was a different person that needed to call us back and nobody ever did. They make $$$ by collecting your $300 and never doing the work. Absolute scam...when I asked for a refund they said there are no refunds.

Was put in contact with this company through our home warranty to fix an ac issue. Was given appointment time of 11-3. Changed work schedule to be home at allotted time. Around 1 called to see if company had a closer ETA. Company rep told me that I had not answered their phone call that morning so they took me off of their service list. I explained that I nor my husband had received a phone call. Rep said he had called my number specifically. Called him on his bluff- bc I didn’t make the appointment and my husband only gave his phone number so the company would not have had mine to begin with. 5 minutes of awkward silence later I asked when a tech would be at the house and was literally told “blah, blah,blah I’m not going to be able to fit you in today” this company is a joke.

Had an AC unit emergency, called them just before 8 AM this morning. Andy said he would call back within 10 minutes when he was in front of a computer. Ok no problem. Didn’t hear from him by 830 so started to make a couple other calls. When he called at 8:43 AM I simply asked what his availability was today and what they charge because I’ve called a few other places (again emergency cause house is 84 degrees now) and before I could even finish my sentence of saying it’s an emergency, He said “if you’re calling around you can move on to somebody else goodbye” and hangs up. Never will deal with this company again, probably the most unprofessional company experience I’ve ever had. Andy should be fired. If he’s the owner, no idea how they have a 4.6 star rating when they hang up on customers that have sought their services. Glad I was able to get a prompt call back from a nice woman at Keith Powell Heating and Cooling. Will review that company after service at 1 pm today, but they already got off on the right foot by not hanging up on me.

Very pleased with my experience with Henshaw! Fortunately my repair was simple just needed to add some Free-on (the price seemed reasonable I don't really know the average price for AC service). What I do know is that yesterday afternoon I called to schedule an appointment because my house was at 82 and every other heating and air company in town told me it would be next week...one company (Hurst) even told me they were only working with customers that they previously have a relationship with. Henshaw got me on the schedule the very next day! Will definitely be remembering them in the future…crossing my fingers that I don't need to see them again though anytime soon!

AC unit had some issues and was not cooling at all. I had to go thru a home warranty company, so that was a small delay, but once Henshaw's accepted the work order, they were in touch with me immediately. I was updated regularly on their schedule and they showed up exactly when they said they would. Mike Klocke diagnosed the issue and replaced a bad capacitor in a matter of minutes. It was a busy Monday afternoon and he could have just bailed, but he stuck around to make sure it was cooling right and that everything else with the unit looked good. I appreciated his professionalism and his expertise. I hope I don't need AC work again, but if I do, Henshaw's will get my call.

NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE, WE CALLED THEM OUT TO DO A SERVICE CALL AND THE GUY WALKED IN AND WALKED OUT DIDNT PERFORM ANY TYPE OF WORK, STATED HE DIDNT HAVE A LADDER OR TOOLS NEEDED, LEFT ANT NEVER RETURNED BUT STILL RECEIVED A BILL, AFTER CALLING OFFICE BACK AND EXPLAININ TO THEM THE TOLD ME OH WELL THEY ARE NOT GOING TO SEND ANYONE ELSE OUT BUT IM STILL RESPOSIBLE FOR BILL AND THEY WILL TURN ME OVER TO COLLECTIONS AND LET THEM "F" MY CREDIT UP. AGAIN NEVER USE THIS COMPANY WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A 0
