I had called Grissom 2 years ago to check out my ac unit that was not turning on. I was told I needed a new blower motor. Everything was fine from there until about two days ago. I called out a new company to come check my unit because I had water leaking into my ceiling. Upon first entering my attic, the man told me the reason the water was over flowing was because the previous person who came out forgot to reattach the pan float safety switch after fixing the blower motor. The water issue was NOT their fault, however, if they would have reinstalled the safety switch I would not have the water damage I have now on my ceiling. Not to mention a huge mess! Just please beware!
Had an issue with my A/C unit and they had a tech come out the next day. Very professional and walked me through the problem and explained the repair. Service was quick and we were up and running again. Overall a very good experience!

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. The owner Jeff Grissom spoke horribly to me and my disabled husband and literally tried to scam us simply based on the fact that he is disabled. I had others tell me how horrible the service/business was, however against my better judgement I went to them hoping I would leave with a better experience. Not only are they over priced, they have sloppy workers who rush through the job, the way they speak to their clients is unacceptable. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
Air went out on a Friday late afternoon Grissom came out at 7:30 on a Friday evening fixed our unit and got it running again. Great service. Highly recommend.
The folks at Grissom we're amazing. They helped diagnose and fix a problem the original installer came out and couldn't fix the 5 time the other company came out before. Very professional and courteous. I will be doing business with Grissom in the future. Easy to work with and reasonable prices
We needed someone to evaluate our A/C system that had stopped working and Grissom showed up within an hour, same day. They were professional, respectful and friendly to work with. They diagnosed our issue and prepared quotes for us in a very timely fashion. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs!

I called Jeff and asked if he could help me repair or replace my unit. He immediately called his supplier and got me information on the parts needed for repair within 30 minutes. Within a couple of hours he gave me a detailed quote on replacement options. His responsiveness and professionalism are second to none.
Fast service. tech assumed one thing when the other tech showed up abd told him where the issues was in 7 to 10 mins. The cost was a little expensive for an hour work. But I'm happy they fixed it and the techs where very good guys.

Whole HVAC unit and Compressor was installed in my condo in 2 hours, highly impressed with the work. Jeff's crew was very professional, and kept me informed of the work going on. All in all they did and outstanding job and I would highly recommend Grissom to anyone needing HVAC service.
