Michael and Landon did a great job replacing our leaking shower valve handle and shower head. They were very professional and left a clean work area when finished.
Responsive and professional. Same day service, but very expensive, way overpriced in my opinion Was close to $800 to replace an outlet and a single circuit breaker, that's like $12 in parts, and not more than an hour labor. Half of that was to diagnose the problem .He was very upfront about pricing. I went ahead and accepted because we were in a bind but I was not happy about the inflated pricing. I had a whole circuit breaker panel replaced for a thousand bucks not too long ago.

Kevin & Daniel came out and done a terrific job installing 3 toilets, 3 outside faucets, new shower handles in guest bath. They were very professional with my wife & daughter. Highly recommend this company!
I had the pleasure of dealing with Keegan who did an electrical check. He discovered that my house was missing 3 smoke detectors, all in vital areas (kitchen, dining room, living room). The rest of the house was covered adequately. He also advised me that the breaker panel had outdated breakers & recommended their replacement. I agreed to the recommendation fixes and he proceeded to do the work once he obtained the needed items. Keegan was kind, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Keegan and GoHero Services.

Aaron, and his partner, (I don’t remember his name) did an amazing job replacing our PRV valve. Incredibly professional and friendly! Even stopped to make conversation with my grandparents. It made their day!
I highly recommend Hero Services. I recently hired them to install an EV charger in my garage and Levi and Nick were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They gave me a quote and completed the installation the same day. Great customer service!
The tech who came out to diagnose the issue was very professional and respectful. But beware, the pricing quoted by Hero to replace the eOne waste water pump was more than double what was quoted to me by another company. And it turns out the other company honored the eOne warranty so the repairs didn't cost me a dime. On top of that, the pump wasn't "shot" as the Hero tech stated; it just needed a new part. So I "saved" over $6000 by getting a second opinion. Their "one price" model seems designed to mask true material and labor costs. Be sure to get a second opinion and quote!
I used Hero before and had a great experience with them for some electrical stuff I needed help with at my house. But this go around wasn’t all that great. The guys show up and price me $23,000 to just dig from my backyard to the garage before even mentioning what the cost would be to do electrical work. And when I snickered they charged me $70 for stopping by for their quote/opinion and took off.
Levi was very professional and got to work right way after arriving. He quickly found the problem and resolved it. I'll definitely use Hero Services again in the future.
Technicians are always good to deal with, he installed our water filter very quickly. Was very professional and let us know the ins and outs of it.
I am sharing this only because it’s troubling to think someone might pay way more than necessary for a project. Get a second opinion at least. Hero came to my house and quoted an electrical project for me at $13,000+. And tried to close the deal the same deal with an offer of a 10% discount. It felt like pressure was being applied to commit that day. Something in me thought the quote seemed high. I called Lee Co who quoted the exact same job for less than half. $6000+.
I called this company for help with getting plumbing set up with our new kitchen faucet, and although the man was super nice, this company is greatly overpriced. The garbage disposal they sold me was over $400 (they average $100-$200). It’s difficult when they put you on the spot and expect you to sign right then and there, giving you little time to understand what they are charging. The overall price was over $1,400. I have never heard of faucet plumbing and garbage disposal costing that much. He was here for less than two hours. Other plumbers I called after quoted MUCH lower and were stunned by the price of the garbage disposal. There are reasonably priced plumbers all around Knoxville, but Hero Service is not one of them.
A/C unit wasn't blowing cold air. The technicians, Michael and Mike came to look at it. They were very professional and friendly. Found the problem and repaired it very quickly. I could not be more pleased with their professionalism. I will definitely be using Hero Services again.
