Called Jim to change out a a couple torch bottles I know they close at 4:30 I called at 4:26 my office is right across the street from this location. I told him it would take me 6 mins to get there. He said he would wait till 4:34 for me. I pulled in the parking lot at 4:32 and his was in his red Toyota car when I got out of the truck he took off. This is definitely not good customer service. Tim that works here is great but this Jim guy I won’t buy anything as long as he’s employed here. Thanks
