I have used Cantrell's several times for heating and air service and I would definitely recommend them.
Called this company for a repair, he said unit was old and needed replaced but he could replace the fan motor for $482 but didn’t know how long it would last. So I asked for a estimate on a new unit told me he would get back with me and said no charge on coming out since he didn’t do any repairs. I called back and got the quote which was high will low seers for the unit, told them I was just going to get a friend to replace the fan motor and in the meantime save for a new unit. After being told no charge for service I get a bill in the mail for a service charge! I paid the bill after being lied to, stating there would be no charge, well I for sure will never recommend this company or use them for anything!

My heating went out on a Sunday, I called Cantrell’s Monday morning, and they were able to send someone out. His name was Tim, he was a very polite, and knowledgeable young man. He said it was a bad circuit board, and that he would have to order one. He came back on Tuesday morning, installed the new board, and it’s working great.
Had a fall check up and cleaned package unit. Great news everything was working normal. So thankful for Christian owners. Thanks again Howard Wilmouth.

Our AC wasn't working at full strength -- I called on a Friday afternoon, didn't have to wait on hold, and they had someone at our house by Monday morning. Chase was friendly, professional, efficient, and our unit is running like it's supposed to again. Thank you!
Highly recommend this place for anything HVAC. They were way cheaper than some of the bigger companies. They are really honest and will not price gauge you
Tim viewed my old system and recommended a replacement package unit. He was very helpful and provided specific recommendations and models to purchase. Brandon & Josh installed a new 3.5 ton Amana package unit. They were very professional and completed the installation in about 4 hours. They took care to install the new unit and pick-up when done. Brandon programmed the new thermostat and explained each of the features before turning on the furnace and checking to see it was functioning properly. Job well done!
I have used Cantrell's Heat and Air for almost 16 years. I highly recommend them. Jeff did a great job to get my heat back up and working correctly.
They were quick to respond to our request for service, extremely friendly and polite AND did our repair same day. I would happily refer anyone to them. Very pleased.
This is the second time I have contacted these folks about an ailing HVAC unit. Both times, they have promptly dispatched help. Tim is professional and also very nice. Was kind enough to explain the problem to me and to schedule a repair to correct the issue in a couple of weeks, when we weren't facing snow! These folks are the best and are my ONLY HVAC repair I will call!
Called Cantrell's for a second opinion having just been told by a competitor that it would cost $1800 to repair my heating system. Jonas visited my home to diagnose my system and found only a faulty switch which I had one to replace it. He swapped it out and tested the system which then ran as it should. I only paid for the service call which you can imagine was a far cry less expensive then their competitors estimate. Call Cantrell's if you want honest and courteous service. This company believes in building a customer base by being honest. As such, I've now become a loyal customer.

I called Cantrell's Heat and Air at 8:30 AM for AC repair. Tim was at my house by 10:15 AM with the equipment to repair it. I am impressed with Cantrell's quick response and fair repair bill. I will use Cantrell's in the future for my AC & heating system needs.
We heard about Cantrell’s from someone in our neighborhood. Our A/C went out last night and we called first thing this morning and Jonas fixed it before 11am! We have a newborn and appreciated the super fast and friendly service. Very reasonably priced and we will definitely use them for all future heat and air needs!
I only use Cantrell's now. The service is outstanding and the prices can not be beaten in this area. I really can't express how happy I was with the technician, Jeff, that came out and the company and relieved to find a heating and air company that can assess the issue AND fix it the first time. I've used several other companies in knoxville over the years and was let down every time.
