There was a scheduling SNAFU that resulted in a one day delay in service. However, Josh the HVAC tech seemed very experienced and knowledgeable, and got the A/C working again quickly. He also identified more long term issues with the system in need of addressing.
Clark was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He arrived on time and got our AC back up within an hour. Had the original call to set up the appointment at 5pm Thursday, the AC was fixed by 1pm Friday. Can’t recommend enough.

Gary, Jordan, and Reece were quick about their work. They even worked in the rain replacing my heat pump. Reece took time to go over the settings and functions of the new Tstat while completing the installation.
The Advance Team responded promptly and professionally. We worked with Clark on the HVAC side and he was honest and transparent about our issues and pricing. On his referral, we worked with Dominick on the plumbing side, and he was also extremely honest and transparent about pricing and issues. The Advance team has been knowledgeable and trustworthy in my experience. I would definitely call Advance for future service needs.
Clark was very professional and attended to our problem AC. Cold air on a hot day is a good thing.

The AC system stopped cooling but would run. Troubleshooting was thorough and found a fault that was not a normal failure mechanism. This was found expediently due to the knowledge of the technician.

My first attempt for HVAC help l was told “My company does not install mini split systems and that I would “not find a company in Knoxville to install it.” Clark from Advanced , Heating, and AC came out evaluated the mini split ductless system, and responded, “We install these mini splits systems every day for people.” That’s when I knew the best integrity comes from family businesses. Advanced heating and air I would go back again and again for services relating to heating, AC, and plumbing.
This team went above and beyond to fix my ac and make sure everything else was done right. Best quality for the best price.
Dominick showed up on time, was professional and courteous, friendly and personable. He explained in detail what he could do to help and how much it would cost to fix. He took care of the problem quickly and did a terrific job! We will be recommending this company (and Dominick) whenever anyone needs plumbing work.
Our home is on a slab. So when we discovered we had a leak (Thanks to water company letting us know water was running for more than 24 hours) we started checking options. Ultimately we decided our best course of action was to re-pipe the whole house. We had a plan to do it ourselves with the help of a friend who is a plumber but his schedule was just too jam packed. So after 2 weeks with no water we had to do something. Got numerous quotes and we chose Advanced. They gave us a great deal and were able to come right away. Zack and George spent 2 days at our home working on this project. They were punctual, courteous and did great work. Thank you to Advanced for helping us in a tough situation and not breaking the bank.
They were working on Saturday, which is awesome. My tech was Clark, and he did a great job fixing the issue. Would recommend and will definitely call in the future.

We are under construction and needed a plumber to put in a toilet. I called Advanced Heat AC & Plumbing and they came within an hour of my call. Zach was so professional, polite and was able to take the time to help us with our dishwasher and will be coming back to do additional work for us for our renovation I highly recommend Advanced Heat AC & Plumbing .
Beware !!! This Company uses deceptive practices and grossly overcharges their customers. I used them twice, the first time for plumbing, and then this time for A/C work. They ask to put your credit card number on file, which I objected. But, they did it anyways! They will change you $149. for travel fees if your in Sevier County, and $79. For Knox County. Their tech came out as promised, and vacuumed the water in the A/C pan, for 3-minutes, then poured my bleach in the pipe. He never disclosed the fee before hand. Then charged me $295. For 5-minutes work, plus their travel fee. I contested the charge, but they keep your credit card info. on file so they can bill you for as much as they feel like. The owner admitted to me on the phone that he agreed that his fees were VERY HIGH, and would get back to me. He never responded. Spoke to their Mgr., and she never responded back to me either. I own rental homes in many states and this company is double the price of their competitors. I'm stopping my credit card payment, and just posted this on 6-private Facebook groups for home owners in East Tennessee. Update.... your response is a total LIE. You never discussed your prices beforehand. And Lie #2 is your manager NEVER RESPONDED to my email.
