Called them and requested to work on mini split . Mini split was installed by MBM Heating and cooling but continuous Freon leak after they installed it. MBM never fixed leak but constantly charging to refill Freon. So fired them and called Ai1 only to get charged 400.00 and be told it has a Freon leak the tech could not find. Was told service call was 79.00 but apparently inexperienced tech was sent out. Then A-1 gives us an estimate to replace for 1600.00 to replace both copper lines 20 ft long of copper tubing. Husband called company and the owner refused to discount 400.00 bill or even consider the 400.00 already paid. They did not fix leak nor locate it .We were so sure this company could resolve the leak. So far this mini split has cost us over 2000.00 in Hvac service calls. We also called manufacturer but no help from anyone.

Andy and his workers were very professional. Always, able to explain what they were doing and to make sure you understood. After the job is finished they made sure the surrounding area is clean.

Jamall and Ed came out today to service my unit. They were very knowledgeable and professional. The care that they took in explaining the process and actually performing the service made me glad that I chose this company. The whole experience was positive; the appointment was scheduled for the next day when I was being quoted for pricing, there were no unexpected surprises when it came to pricing and they made sure we were fully satisfied with the service before the end of the transaction.

Technicians were on time and very communicative. Even though the system was running "nominally" on arrival, they stayed until the unit experienced the failure described in the initial service call. They were both very respectful of our house and were observant of people and animals around the house. Next steps on fixing the system were communicated clearly as well as who we would be hearing from on upcoming parts and labor charges.
If you are looking to have an HVAC system installed ductwork installed or well any thing listed here look no further. This is the best company that I have "ever" dealt with. The workmanship is outstanding, the people there are incredible. These guys are fast, knowledgeable, clean and friendly. They come on time, they don't cut corners, they explain everything they are doing, they make sure you know how to use and maintain everything. They check and double check all their work and they do it all with a smile. I wish I could keep them lol. I really wish I could have them repair and install everything that I need done to my house. Jacob, Tommy, Andy, Danny, Gabe, Aaron and Zack; these are the guys you want working on or installing heat and air, ductwork, thermostats and so on. If you don't choose them you don't know what you are missing out on! Trust me these are your guys! And their HVAC unit is A1! Thank you guys for everything! This company is very professional and helpful. I had Jamal Tyler and Ed Myers come out to my house and inspect my system. I also spoke with the owner Michele on the phone to coordinate parts and service. They all were very friendly and helpful. They gave me advice on my system and were very supportive to get me the best price and best support. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing work accomplished on their system!
