Caleb is great! Called late on a Saturday night and he was here within 30 minutes and had our A/C fixed within an hour! Great company and great technician!
I was referred to 865HVAC by a friend. From the time I spoke with Charity, and technician Darrin initially came out to look at the issue, and until the completed install by Dakota they were all professional, kind, and understanding. Dakota did an amazing job and he was so kind and courteous. I so appreciate the time Dakota took with the small details and clean-up. I highly recommend 865HVAC!
Caleb was awesome! Very fast and professional. He gave us updates along the way. He diagnosed and repaired our A/C in the same visit. Would definitely recommend him!
Dakota, Travis and Caleb were all excellent to work with. We had our a/c go out on July 3rd. Called 865HVAC and had Caleb come out same day. Ended up having to get a new unit and they had it installed on July 4th. Couldn’t be more pleased with overall service especially on a holiday. We highly recommend these guys and 865HVAC!

Zeke was awesome! Had no trouble coming late on a Saturday night and was able to fix our AC to set us up for a cool weekend in the middle of the summer. Saved us buckets of sweat!

865 HVAC is definitely a place to consider for anything you need on your HVAV system, Caleb came and did a routine maintenance check up and cleaning for us. Travis was awesome. He was on time explain everything so I understood it and had it fixed in no time. He was patient and answered everything I ask in detail
Dakota came to my house after I noticed that my baby's room was unusually warm. He told us that a part for our HVAC broke just from wear and tear/age. He was thorough and explained the problem clearly. On top of that, he was understanding of my concerns as a new mother and the rising temperature in the house during the summer. He offered to get us the portable unit so that we could cool our house until the part came to replace it. He came back at 9 pm just so our house could be cooled down which eased my anxious mind. When I was unsure where to place the unit, Dakota offered to move it until I was satisfied. You can tell he is family oriented and considered my feelings and concerns. He did all of this without complaining and with a smile on his face. I really appreciated his kindness towards us.
Caleb was very good. He took pictures and explained everything he did. I signed up for their comfort club so they can look after my system each season.
Had cooling issues over at holston hills baptist church company sent the most respectful guy in Travis he had the church cooling in no time had a great personality very respectful guy thanks for the service
Had a new package unit installed by 865, and the experience was great. They came when they said they would and had my AC fixed in less than a day. Definitely recommend.

Travis was amazing at getting back with me earlier than I thought came straight here and made sure everything was taken care of. Will most definitely be coming back if I need anything else done with my hvac system
Just had a new unit installed that replaced a 25 year old unit. The whole team was great to work with. Travis came out and gave us an honest assessment and price. JR has been great to deal with in getting me a good price i felt comfortable with. Dakota and Daniel were the nicest technicians that set up the unit. Shortly after installing everything, i messed up the thermostat trying to activate it on my app. They both came right back out after hours and reset the thermostat and made sure i had the app set up right. They are both nice guys and since they mostly live in Corryton, it feels good to work with neighbors you can trust. Would definetly recommend without hesitation
