The team at Central City are top notch. It starts with great leadership from Donna and her team who treat their team with honor and respect. As a result, their technicians pass on that same incredible customer care to the people they serve. Exceeding expectations is just who they are.
Good customer service. Very responsive. Richard was our tech and was incredibly helpful and nice. Price seemed high, but probably can't do much better. Would work with them again!
Technician Richard Sampson recently performed a maintenance on our new HVAC system. He was professional and friendly and took an extraordinary amount of time answering our questions. We have been very impressed with this company pre and post install in our new home. Highly recommended!
Service tech Wayne Maples recommended a UV Light Blue Tube that I am hopeful will help improve air quality due to my severe allergies and sinus issues

Zachary came out on time for his appointment, called to verify and let me know he was on his way. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, returned when the parts were received and made all the repairs. Serviced as well. Very professional, well job done!

These guys are top notch. In a world where several other businesses did not even have the courtesy to call back, CC called back , showed up same day and took care of business. The office was great and Richard, the technician, was even better. CC has a customer for several years to come.
I’m retiring an old solar water heating system and needed to remove the refrigerant from the system before disassembly, Central City agreed to take a look and see what they could do, even though the system was installed in the 80s and the product no longer made or supported. Wayne Maples from Central City came by, and confessed he’d never seen anything like it. But he kept at it and began to figure out what was what. In the end, he was successful. I appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile and deal with an unfamiliar situation. Central City’s charges were not inexpensive, but I’m happy to have gotten help from Wayne when other companies wouldn’t even try.
Technician Wayne was here for maintenance inspection checks on our new unit. Wayne is very personable and knowledgeable and can certainly be trusted to care for your investment.
I cannot say enough good things about Wayne Maples. He was so kind and very courteous. He checked out our heating and air system and took the time to not hurry through the process. He is the best we have had and I give him an A+ rating.
I've been a customer of CC since 2002 and have purchased two Trane heat and air during that time. I am not pleased with this new company (company changed hands this past year). In years past if I made contact due to a unit being down, the previous owner, Paul, would make sure we got the service we needed. I called today and got a voicemail. I waited until today because we have a fireplace and wood stove, and one of our units isn't working – I didn't want to call on Christmas day. The voicemail said folks were in training until 1:00 PM today, 12.26.2022, and also said to leave a message. The call then rolled to a busy signal. I called twice and got the same response. I went online to the CC website and posted I have an issue and the earliest available time for someone to come out is the 5th of January. Ryan was out in June to help with another issue, and he has been fantastic. He even fixed an improperly installed Aprilaire whole-home humidifier that CC installed (I got charged for that anyway). So, I've paid for a maintenance contract that still hasn't been used - I guess I've wasted $400 bucks there, and I'm on a waitlist for the next 10 days to get someone to come out and tell me what's wrong. Excellent, and no callback today.
Our tech Wayne did an amazing job repairing our heating system,he even seen issues that would be a problem in near future and fixed that also ..So thanks Wayne for an awesome job

My husband and I highly recommend Central City Heating and Air. We bought an AC unit from them and they had it installed in a day. The guys were friendly, professional and the customer service is great.
Ok so I had to have them come out twice to try and fix my problem. The first time nothing was done at all. I was told that the coils just needed cleaning which he didn't even do that either but charged me after just walking around my yard and removing and replacing the metal cover and not even making sure it was working right before he left. I was charged for this. The second time he said he added refrigerant and that he wasn't gonna look for the leak because I couldn't afford to get it fixed anyway. I am very displeased. By the way Miller heating and cooling from Crossville came and fixed it and now it's working great. Very nice to know some contractors aren't out there screwing people over like these people.
So far I and my son in whose home the work was done are pleased. Freezing up and melting inside his home was likely manufacturer's fault. 7 month old unit is being replaced.
The whole process was super speedy! The technician that came to our home was knowledgeable and resolved our issue in no time! Great service, great quality! I do have to add, this company provided me with an email prior to the tech coming. Including his picture, name and info about his experience. I think this is an amazing feature and wish more companies did this!! We'll be a repeat customer if anymore issues arise!!
