not interested in working today...unit isn't on ground?(doesn't own a ladder i guess?) probably just filters and we don't have any? Porbably just lazy is the deal. sorry to have bothered them....recommend that you don't.
I have not used Mr. Cools to perform work at our business, as we are located approximately 2 hours away. However, based on recommendations from others, I have consulted with him on several occasions regarding various issues with HVAC systems, and he has been more than helpful and provided great feedback to counter the not always helpful information and options provided by the local contractors. On more than one occasion he has been able to help us isolate a problem and correct it with simple remedies.
Mr. Cools is Awesome! I can’t say enough about how he helped me out of a jam several times. I bought a condo that had “original” 1980 air conditioner units both in the attic(coils etc) and compressors outside. He worked with me to get them all replaced. Replacing the worst first and helping me save money. Very kind,nice and honest man! Would recommend him for any job!
We have been using Mr. Cool since 1992 when he installed our a/c and heating system in our new home. He has always been dependable, fair and prompt. We are very pleased with the service he provides and would recommend him highly.
Mr. Cool's serviced both of my units. They were professional and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.
We have been using Mr. Cool's for a number of years and Sam always come to solve our problems quickly as he can. It is comforting to know you can trust him and his work always. We have rental properties and when we have an outage he handles them and we never have to follow up and his prices are always very fair. It was hot as hades! Mr Cool came to the rescue! He was polite and promptly arrived. It turned out to just be a small part, thank goodness. My air has been running great ever since!
First class all the way around. Does my work at home and business. Always fair and reliable. Had a leak in my a/c at home that was filled and repaired in just a couple hours. Installed two new systems at work two years ago and no problems. Price of refrigerant is high and I thought Mr. Cools was very fair and honest.
This company is unprofessional and lacks skills to repair Home air conditioning units. I am so disappointed in the service performed at my home. The guy came to my house and wanted to charge me $1400 to perform a diagnostic on my system. I asked him to repair the system (find the leak). He puts 4.5 lbs of refrigerant into my a/c system and leaves without checking his work. My system worked for a total of 3 days before it began to blow hot air. I called him back but by this time I had lost confidence in his work and decided to call another company. Bottom line is. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was charged a grand total of $357 for 3 days of coolness. I’m thinking about taking them to court. What a rip off.
We have been using Mr. Cool's for all our heating and air conditioning repairs and replacements for over 20 years! The service cannot be beat, if you are looking for someone honest and friendly. He replaced all our systems over 20 years ago and all were working great until this past summer, he finally had to replace one of our 3 units. He just inspected the furnances and we are ready for the cold weather ahead! We couldn't say enough great things about them! Regina K.
