Jose and Matthew provided outstanding HVAC service today. They responded promptly to our service request, arrived on time, explained the issue thoroughly, and made the repairs for a reasonable cost. Both were professional and courteous.

Kyle and Shannon did a wonderful job listening to our problem and educating us on the best solution for us monetarily as well as what was best for our A/C and furnace. I highly recommend them!
What a fantastic business. Totally customer centric. A pure joy to do business with from the initial phone call requesting a quote all the way through completion of the work. Matthew came out within a day to provide a real time quote leveraging his iPad technology and Jacob just finished the install and did a first class job. Both were super pleasant young men and are clearly an asset to this company.
Won't sell parts without a service call. Need a $15 fuse and they refuse to sell it.

Jacob and Matt were awesome technicians. They performed the necessary maintenance my HVAC system needed, wore shoe covers while inside our home, answered my questions thoroughly, and clearly laid out their pricing. They were even able to come a day earlier than expected! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating/cooling services.

Plumbing. Installed new sink and garbage disposal. Also replaced shutoff valve to water line. We have been MidState customers for nearly 30 years of great service!

I have used MidState for years and always have exceptional, fair service. This time was an unexpected call when I had a leak in my ceiling that I did not know where it coming from. Shaun came out and looked at everything he could to try to figure out the problem. He was extremely polite and patient with it all. He was unable to find the source but said he would consult with others to get their opinion on it. That night I was able to find the leak and figure it out. I called them the next day and within 4 hours they were back at my house fixing the issue. Shaun and Joel were two of the best plumbers I have ever had to deal with. The job was not an easy task but they worked hard to fix it. I could not ask for better service. I would highly recommend these guys. Thank you both again for helping me!
Great HVAC service! Quick response, flexible hours, and helped me figure out what to do during a big crisis moment. Family business with Franklin roots! Update: Then (a year later) used them for PLUMBING problem. Shawn came out to help us and was amazing! Explained everything well, included options and up-front with costs and timelines. Then fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Shawn was great. Also, showed up within appointment window and the office contacts you to give you updates!
We've used Mid-State for years and they have always be wonderful!! We just had another regular tune-up, Shannon and Cody were great! Arrived as expected, very nice and personable, and took care of everything quickly. I've never felt pressured by Mid-State, just taken care of - highly recommend them!
Jacob came out today for a regular maintenance visit. He was on time for the visit and extremely conscientious and thorough with the inspection and cleaning of my system. He was friendly and respectful of me and my property, ensuring to wear shoe covers in the house and pad the feet of the attic ladder to protect my wood floor. He was able to answer all of my questions easily and with confidence. Also compliments to the office staff, they are always friendly and helpful when I have called in for service.
