Got our new HVAC system installed with a couple hiccups. Wrong size unit was sent and would not fit into existing opening. Another unit was sent and it fit. Then there was a wiring problem. Tech arrived and solved it. All in all I'm happy with the service.
#1 in our book. Always speedy response even to a minor issue. Works to get good quality replacement but at best value. Link's will not disappoint. 2 generation family business passed down.
We contacted them to do a quote on a mini split heating and cooling unit. We were never contacted back.
I called Devin late in May to have AC installed. He had an estimate to me in a few days and my system installed a few weeks later. The work they did installing my system is neat and clean and done quickly. While at my home he discovered a propane leak. He traced the problem back to a faulty regulator which my gas provider had to fix ( due to regulatory reasons…they own it). He stayed at my house dealing with the problem into the late evening so we could get our hot water back. After the gas provider “fixed” the regulator, Devin discovered more leaks on thier repair work and fixed it. He and his apprentice went ABOVE and BEYOND. Best customer service I have had the pleasure of interacting with.
Blake was timely, polite, and professional. He was fair on price, especially knowing that parts are hard to find and inflation has caused items to be outrageous. I’ll continue to use Links as long as they continue to be the high quality LOCAL contractor that they are. Shop local!

Did an install and the square to rounds were not installed correctly. Large gap was left and animals had access to duct work.

Responded and showed up the night of heat going out in freezing temperatures. Helped isolate the issue would not chose anyone else over their customer service!

Addressed my problem and ordred part repair was all done by next day. Friendly and courteous. Would recommend.
Quick response to fix my HVAC. Was still under warranty. The blower motor went out ($935.00) had to replace. A minimum (1) hour service/diagnostic charge was $65.00 and a minimum labor charge of (1) hour $85.00. Plus $15.00 charge for shipping the new motor. Bottom line cost me a total of $165.00 out of pocket! $150.00 bucks for less than an hour’s worth of work. Sure glad that I didn’t have to come up with the $950.00 for the blower motor!
