My technician was Anthony Pinion. He was very quick to respond, even though it after hours. He was very professional and polite, will definitely use their services in the future.

They got to my job very quickly, knew what they were doing and got two separate HVAC systems installed and working beautifully in one day. They were immediately responsive to any of my questions. I received good quality and good value. I would not hesitate to use them again nor to recommend them to all my family and friends. The systems work very efficiently and look nice as well. Jim Swanson came out within 2 hours of us calling scenic city. We were very surprised with it being a Saturday but were very delighted. With a hot house and pets it's never good. He pinpointed the problem within minutes and had our unit running again. Would highly recommend
Fast and excellent service! Had an AC issue on Father’s Day and Ryan Hargrave came out to get us cooled off in no time. Professional and friendly service even with 3 dogs and a kid running around. He had our AC back to normal in no time and even provided some tips and tricks to help with our old home. Will use their service again and will likely do the yearly maintenance option they provide. I’d recommend them to my grandma.
I have personally used Scenic City several times at my home. They are always reliable, reasonable, and knowledgeable. As a Real Estate Broker since 1996, I have seen few companies I can confidently recommend to my clients; Scenic City is a company I am always confident in referring. I have never had a customer/client to complain. Call Scenic City for all your HVAC needs.
A technician came to my home to diagnose the issue with my a/c unit. Neither during scheduling or upon arrival for the appointment was I made aware of a service call fee (if there was a “meeting of the minds”, payment would have been collected at the conclusion of the appointment). I was later billed for said fee. When calling to dispute the fee, the young lady who answered the phone in the accounts receivable department was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will also add that my unit needed to be replaced and the prices quoted were almost 2x more than their competitor. The competitor installed 2 new hvac systems for slightly more than the cost of 1 system with Scenic City.
Appreciate these guys coming out to look at some non-standard equipment and not shying away from the work.
Scenic City installed a new heat and air system for us last week. The crew (Josh Farley, Terry Brown, Hunter Brown and Ian Sisk) did and excellent job. Important to my wife was that none of her plants were damaged during the installation. Afterwards, you could not even tell they were ever here. The system is working great. Thanks guys. Richard Smith
Chris and Gavin were great to work with. They explained everything to me and completed the work quickly at a reasonable price. I will be having them come out in the fall for maintenance.
Our HVAC blower went out on a Saturday night, which...wasn't ideal. I called Scenic City the next day, and Anthony was able to come out, diagnose the issue quickly, and fix it on the spot in a few minutes with a part he had on hand. He was friendly and professional, and our AC's been fine ever since. I'm glad I found Scenic City, because I was originally looking at a much longer wait for the diagnosis.
Jim was very professional, got the job done. Scenic city was very fast and responded very quickly because I had no AC. I told them I had an autoimmune disease and I couldn’t be in the heat and they sent someone very quickly to fix my air unit. They were a lifesaver.
Our house’s temp were up to the 80’s every single time. We’ve been having problems with lack of airflow and our unit freezing for the past few weeks and thought we had to get a new unit completely however our technician Anthony was super helpful! He came out on a Sunday and was efficient and knowledgeable! Turns out we just had to do some duct work and didn’t need refrigerant! Prices were reasonable and great too! Highly recommend and would use them again!
