Tim is great. We have called him multiple times to come out an fix our unit which other companies had only wanted to replace. He is very honest and a straight shooter. Highly recommend if you are looking for an experienced repair man not a HVAC sales man. Give him a call.
Never called back
Had a little issue or two, however he made things right. He went as far as covering a part out of warranty to do so. Will now continue to use them for any future HVAC issues. Update 4/9/19: called before winter with an issue in the fan motor so no heat, no call back. Went on Amazon, ordered parts & fixed it myself. Called yesterday because blower motor is locked up so no air, again no call back. Getting someone else from now on & washing my hands of this. I'll leave a star since he did make good on the first issue. Best of luck to those who dare.
