Worst experience ever. The guy came out and cut the pipe and then couldn't get it fixed because he didn't know how to get the pipe fitted back together. Said he had never seen that kind of pipe before. Crazy!! Apparently he doesn't know what the heck he is doing. Said he would be back in the morning with someone around 7-8 am to fix it. Eleven a.m came and I called and the boss sent him out on another call and he would be back when he was finished with the other call. I was so freaking mad!! I was without water the whole time. Is said srew them and called someone else and they were out in no time and knew what they were doing and fixed the problem fast. IF YOU NEED A PLUMPER FOR GOODNESS SAKE DON'T CALL THESE PEOPLE!!!!

I was very impressed with the work ethic of the teams from Patriot Services & Plumbing. Carlos is an excellent representative for Patriot, knowledgeable, a good communicator and listener. Both Carlos and Mo were very professional while working in our home installing a tankless water heater and replacing all the water lines under and inside the house. The outside team (Josh, Don, Dustin, and others) worked steadily to replace the water lines in the yard. They even raked, seeded and placed straw on excavated areas. Patriot employees were reliable, knowledgeable, respectful of our home, on time and neat. I would use Patriot again and recommend them to others.
Logan and Palace did a great job. They came out on short notice and fixed my problem quickly. I would highly recommend this company.

Needed to have outside faucet moved to allow for deck construction. They arrived as scheduled and performed the service quickly and did a great job. Will use them again in the future.
Soddy Church of Christ is grateful to Patriot Services for a quick response to an emergency sewer issue. They used the drain camera to look into the pipes to see exactly what the issue was. They promptly fixed the issue and the church was able to reopen in less than 24 hours.
Carlos came out, I told him what had been going on and he knew what the cause was immediately. From the receptionist to Carlos, everyone was professional and timely. I’m not sure what to say about prices, I’ve never had plumbing work done before, so I have nothing to compare to. However, it did feel a little high. All in all, would definitely recommend Patriot and Carlos.
Palace did a great job I had the closing on the house on May 1st. The new owners are Ken and Cournay Young. They will take over the dealings with the water heater.
We've used Patriot for HVAC repair, and service since we moved to Ringgold. They have always done outstanding work for us. Friendly, and competent technicians. Without hesitation, I would recommend them for HVAC services.
Tech was very polite. Very clean. Offered to clean the area in which he was working. He said he treats customers like it was his house.
In the same (bad) week I had my water heater start leaking and a toilet start dumping waste into the ceiling below. Called Patriot back after a good previous good experience with a simple clog and Carlos did a fantastic job. Solved the leak, fixed a blockage I didn't know about, installed a new tankless system, and replaced some failing 60 year old shutoffs and pressure valves. Highly recommend.
