Excellent repair company. Where others could not, they did. My home was without cold air, Chris came to the rescue. We are so thankful.
I had an issue yesterday with an a/c unit at a property. They came out today to take a look and the tech called back with a $850 bill. I was not consulted prior to him doing the work, and there were no pictures taken to support the work needing done. I asked him to send me an invoice and then I would pay it. I never received one. 15 minutes later, I was called by someone at their office to pay the bill. I again requested an invoice before paying and the woman threatened they were going to put a lean on the house if I did not pay the bill by the end of the day. This threat was made within 30 minutes of the tech leaving the property. I ended up paying the bill, but still have not received an invoice.
These guys are top notch! We had used them in the past with an emergency repair call and they showed up fast, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem, and were extremely professional! So fast forward a few months and our old, tired unit has died and needs replacement- after getting multiple assessments and quotes they came in and beat everyone! Not only did they go above and beyond going over everything with me to ensure we got the best possible "bang for the buck" but they provided us with several options and recommendations that beat out all the others! These guys know what they are doing and truly care! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and feel much more comfortable knowing they will be installing and servicing my HVAC unit from now on! No more dealing with people who try to rip you off or cut corners- I TRUST these guys! You won't be disappointed!

During the cold spell we had and my heating unit was not warming and was on Auxiliary, I contacted the company and the Technician walked me through how the unit works so I felt more comfortable but the unit never seem to recover so I called them back and someone came out that day, my unit needed a coil replaced. The repair was made and my unit was working like new. Will call them every time I have issues.

while it was almost 90F inside our house, our technician let us know they needed to order a part and it would be 3-4 days. to my surprise and delight, he returned 2 hours later with the needed part and got us and our cat cooling down again. thanks so much, we really appreciate it.
I was seriously in the dog house with my wife and daughter for dropping the ball to have my AC repaired for a major family event. I called One Hour Air early in the AM and they had a team out to my home within a few hours. They fixed my AC, tested the system and were just fantastic. I rarely leave internet reviews but this company deserves my time to write a review for them. I highly recommend One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning.
Great office staff. Technicians have always been helpful and courteous. Have used tue a couple times to fix heat and also A/C.
I had an issue with my unit on the weekend. I called and the tech was able to make it out the same day. I originally asked what the cost would be for the service call which was $79. He failed to mention that there would also be a $59 diagnostic fee, and they charged me $250 for a run capacitor which I can order online for $18 plus shipping. I called around to other competitors, and they all quoted a more modest amount of $35-$50 for the same part. I was happy with the quick response, but I'm very unhappy about being charged over $400 for a 25 minute job and an $18 part.
The technician was prompt and very helpful. He was knowledgeable and gave us good advise.

This company advertises 24 hour emergency service however when I called at 8pm I had to leave a message for someone to call me back. When the guy called back he said it would be tomorrow because "he had worked all day and had sleep sometime but would let someone know to call us back tomorrow." This for sure does not sound like 24hr service to me. We called another company and they were out within the next hour.
Great experience! They came to our business within an hour of calling them. The technician was thorough in explaining the problems, went to work on them immediately, and stayed until he knew things were running properly again. Highly recommend !
I had these guys come out and look at my air conditioner, they said they fixed it and charged me $300. The next day it was broke again and they wanted $600 to actually fix it. I told them I wasn’t paying $600 or the $300 sense they didn’t fix anything. A month later I’m getting random charges where there taking every penny off my card 40$ here $20 there like 3 or 4 times. Then today I get hit with $200 now I’m stranded with no money for gas at work. This is ridiculous!
