Northside was great! They were easy to communicate with, transparent about their pricing, and incredibly efficient! They allowed us to do some communication via text message and worked around our schedule to come out the same day as our call. They also coordinated together to get the parts needed quickly without delaying the repair. Overall, we would recommend them for being both professional and easygoing!
Very friendly and professional service. We have an old unit and they were able to service it and ensure it was running well before the summer heat arrived. I highly recommend giving them a shot!

I needed a short course on how my heat pump works and to verity normal operation. They came by promptly and did a fine job. They are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and safe. And they helped me to get my Nest thermostat set up properly. They are now my go to for HVAC needs. 5 stars and thumbs up!
Gage and Peyton came out for a top to bottom HVAC inspection in the home we recently purchased. They are knowledgeable, professional gentleman who gave me great instruction and several useful maintenance tips on how to best operate the heat pump for efficiency and longevity. I look forward to seeing them in the spring to tune the system up for the summer!
We woke up this morning to 25 degree temperature and no heat. Daniel was responsive to my call and arrived within a couple of hours as he said he would. I really appreciated his expertise and the great service!
Daniel was amazing. I hired him to install Nest thermostats in my home and when they got here I told him about my units and how my bill seemed a little high and they went above and beyond to figure out the problem. They were extremely precise and got to the bottom of my issues in no time flat. They installed two nest thermostats and were very patient in explaining the process and making sure everything was working correctly and I understood how use it. I highly recommend their services and I will definitely be using them in the future.

This new Nest thermostat is going to make my life so much easier with the new baby. I can just control it with my voice! I love it! Northside is the only company in town that really knows their stuff when it comes to the Nests! They are communicative, always answer the phone, super professional.

These guys are great. They showed up a few hours after I called and had my heater diagnosed and fixed in no time. They were very friendly and explained what could have caused the problem. Luckily it was a simple fix and they stuck around long enough to make sure my heater stayed on. I will be sure to use them again.
Daniel (the Northside HVAC representative) made a same day appointment, was cordial, communicative, and on time. He provided excellent service quickly and worked to solve the issue with budget considerations. I would absolutely recommend this company based on this experience!
Highly recommended! Came out quickly on a freezing morning to fix our heating system, which was a huge relief with a newborn in the house. Very informative and professional. I knew what he was working on the whole time and I didn’t feel like he was trying to up-chargel or upsell.

Gage and Peyton were very professional and easy to talk to. They checked my entire HVAC system to ensure it was providing efficient heat and air. They did find a small issue with my AC unit that they explained in good detail so I could understand the issue and what costs were associated. I ended up opting to have them repair the issue even though it would not be necessary until the spring. To my surprise they had the parts on hand and were able to finish the repair quickly. I would highly recommend the team at Northside to anyone looking to have their biannual HVAC check or any repairs. They provided a great service at a reasonable cost. Gage and Peyton were a delight and Daniel was very responsive and helpful in getting my service scheduled quickly.
