Update 062623 - Summer tune-up on Gold Plan bi-annual check. I continue to be impressed with NGHVAC. In this instance the technician that came to our home, Garrett, was simply outstanding. He was one of the most personable young men I've had the pleasure to talk with. After introduction his first question was, "do I need to wear booties?" That has always been something I have to ask workers to put on before walking on our upstairs carpet. So I was immediately pleased with his approach. I told Garrett what I had been hearing from the downstairs unit and he said then lets go immediately to see if we can recreate the concern. In less than one minute he heard exactly what I was talking about and in less than five minutes diagnosed the problem and the part has been ordered for replacement this week. I watched him go through each component of the outside compressor(s) and check all the readings. He showed me the results of the tests so I would be aware the unit(s) were performing above average. Most thorough examination of our two units I have ever witnessed performed. He was equally thorough on his examination of the two inside air handler units. Not to take away from any other technician at NGHVAC but he really impressed me with his attitude and work ethic. He completed all his work and then explained to me exactly what he had done and and made sure I was happy and understood what he told me. I asked him to please note back to his company that I would like him assigned to my house for any future work. No wonder NGHVAC keeps winning the "Best Of the Best" each year. Technicians like Garrett really are tremendous value add to the company. Excellent company. Professional and pleasant personnel. Great service and professional. I could see the great team work. They knew their stuff. Under promised and over deliveries. Exceed my expectations! Explained the complicated control panel, and made it easy to understand. I called for help, but soon realized, I did not have the cooling activated. The new Trane unit is very efficient. Did a great job at cooling. Highly recommend them!

Came out fairly quickly and the call out fee was only $29 . They diagnosed the problem and furnished me with window units until the install of my new unit can be completed.great friendly professional customer service.
They were extremely prompt. The repairman assessed the situation and explained it to me. He also gave me advice on filter changes.

North Georgia replaced my leaky 19-year-old heating and air system in one day with a very nice Trane split unit. The installers were very professional and helpful and answered all my questions. Everything is working great.
This crew,of three men,knocked out what was supposed to be a 2 day job,in one day! They were professional,very polite and extremely thorough. They didn’t leave until everything was cleaned up and the new system was working. They all did an excellent job,and would recommend them to anyone!
Haley is amazing. My air was not working and she was able to get Chad to my house within a couple of hours after my call. Chad was professional and was quick to get out air working again.
They were helpful in comments of taking care of unit. Willing to go under house and check the duct work. Friendly to work with. Gave my dogs attention! You know that is what wins a customer over!! Responsive and professional personnel/employees. Great value, done in a timely manner, first time using their services, but will not be the last. Great job from the initial contact with customer service to speaking with a technician and ending with technicians work on broken AC system.
