Nic Done showed UP, Bro was on it, gettin in that crawl and making it happen!!! Always ask for Moonpie if you need a water heater or a sump pump. HE CAME BACK AND DID EVEN MORE WORK!! Nic is a beast and truly deserves the label of Golden Boy

I’ve had a lot of plumbers come to my house to fix pipes and toilets just for them to put a Band-Aid on it and hope for the best my toilet in the basement started leaking. I called Metro Plumbing the next thing I knew hair comes Jimmy G and Matthew H to the rescue. I showed them the problem. He evaluated the problem and then decided to go ahead and inspect all the pipes in my house upstairs and downstairs. He told me what needed to be fixed and what should be up to code I didn’t even know I had a leak in my bathroom sink upstairs, but I did know that the shower needed to be fixed and I brought that to their attention when they were done evaluating all the pipes they sat down and told me everything that they needed to do and what needed to be done I was able to tell them what I could afford, and what they could do they were courteous they were professional. They were covers on their shoes as they came into my house each time they were on time and they made sure that the job was 100% done to my satisfaction before they left.if you ever need a plumber you need to call Metro Plumbing it’s well worth the cost and it’ll be fixed right not with a Band-Aid put on it, thank you Jimmy G and Matthew H you both are the best
Gaelin was an absolute professional and a joy to have in our home. She checked everything fully and explained everything very well. She was very friendly. Highly recommend the whole Metro team.

Richard was a very helpful site advisor. Found my septic tank quickly. Knowledgeable and professional. Great experience. Wanted to update after having septic located, dug, risers intalled, and septic pump out. !!! AWESOME JOB !!! Other than where the risers were installed I cant even tell the crew was in the side or back yard. EXTREMELY PLEASED! My better half who was here for the work had only great things to say for the crew. Courteous, friendly, and very nice were the words she used to describe them. Work area reseeded and strawed. Will definitely recommend. Another update, had Tanner and his crew replace my 15 year old water which had several issues due to its age and lack of regular maintenance. Thankfully , they were able to identify a safety issue with the expansion tank before it became a dangerous situation. They all did an awesome job. All were super fiendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
We had Metro out to empty our septic tank and put risers in. During this we found that our field lines (which were installed in ‘84) were completely blocked. Luckily for us we weren’t have any current issues most likely due to the steep slope of our back yard. Because of this our plans changed dramatically for what needed to be done. This was our first time ever having septic and we were very overwhelmed by it all (especially when one of the previous owners of the house, covered the tank with a concrete sidewalk 😩). I can’t speak for all of Metros technicians but I can speak for the two gentlemen that came to do the work on our house, Fred Kozak and Wesley Gilbreath. These two men were the absolute best! They were on time, they were polite, they were very understanding and kept us in the loop about everything going on. Fred ran the excavator which ultimately dug up my entire backyard, BUT….. he also skillfully and patiently put my yard back together, making it look better than it did when he started if you can even imagine that! Now granted, I don’t have grass quite yet, but the way he handled the excavator smoothing out the trenches smoothing out the grade was extremely impressive. I appreciated his attention to detail and taking the time to take care of us and our property. The price we were quoted was very shocking at first (especially since we were just having them out to empty or tank) however, I saw everything that these men did and did in a timely manor so we didn’t have any further issues and then the time that went into putting my yard back together so beautifully. Maybe I could’ve gone somewhere else and got it done cheaper 🤷🏻♀️ But I would not have had Fred or Wesley and maybe not my beautiful backyard. This company is locally owned, AND they support Veterans. 🥰 Thank you Fred and Wesley!!!! Oh and Metro

Chris was prompt and very helpful trying to find the best solution to my plumbing dilemma. Brayden returned and implemented "the Plan" with diligence and patience. Both are awesome!
Ryan Mitchell communicated in detail how and what he would be doing to install my water. His work was excellent and thorough. He gave me all the info I needed. He has a wonderful personality and I would request him again
After first meeting, we had to go out of town. Return visit went just as well, if not better. Professional expertise understanding of situation and needs. Highly recommend Maddox, Neal and Metro for your plumbing, heating and air conditioner needs. Maddox and Gio were on time and professional during their time in our home. They went about their business, inspecting and noting anything found. Also, resolutions for any problems found. Thank you, Metro, for quality hires that go into customer homes.

I got an estimate from Matthew C. He was very responsive and helpful and was quick to answer all my questions. Edited to add: Matt and Maddux and their team installed a new minisplit system in my home recently. They were attentive to my family’s needs and finished the job efficiently and effectively. I would recommend this group to others.
My parents just bought a home in the Chattanooga area. We called Metro Plumbing, they came right away and where able to identify the issue. What began as a small plumbing issue was quickly identified before it became a much larger problem. Thanks to Chris and the entire Metro plumbing crew the issue was resolved and my folks have peace of mind. the folks at Metro were professional, respectful and responsive to our concerns. I highly recommend them for anything plumbing. They are outstanding at what they do and go above and beyond to get the job done right and as quickly as possible.
MetroPHA has been outstanding in regards to customer service and professionalism. From the appointment setup to the final solution installation, my experience with them has been very pleasurable! Star of the show, Jimmy Grimes, was an excellent man of the trade! He arrived timely, communicated clearly, and completed the tasks to the best of his ability, being both thorough and conscientious about his approach. (I had to replace a galvanized iron plumbing system from 1960.) Atop of that, he was a great gentleman. He made it known that he saw me as more than a customer, but moreso as an individual with a unique experience, and that made it very easy to talk with him and trust in the work he would perform. Woke up this morning to a flooded downstairs. Called Metro. Robby came out and fixed the issue right a way. He was very informative and helpful. Signed up for the annual program. I recommend if you own a house, to sign up for the annual program they offer. 10 stars!
Good customer service. When they showed up they asked me questions about my AC system (I need a replacement). I told them I wanted something cheap and nothing over 14.3 seers as it is not a good investment for resale value to go above that. They then took an hour plus to get me a quote which only had seers 16.2 units and above.... We could have saved each others time if I knew this from the start.
