Expensive!!! I hired Malone Air to service a central ac unit in a rental house in Chattanooga. I was told that there was a pinhole leak in air handler coil and therefore I needed to replace either the coil or air handler. After spending $361, I was then told it would cost over $2,726 to replace the coil. I hired another licensed air conditioning company to do the same thing did the same for almost $1,000 less!!
I've used Malone Heat and Air for many years and always hed exceptional service. I highly recommend them!
AC blower motor went out in this heat wave. Tech was able to come same day, diagnosed problem, part installed next day! Super friendly staff, and repair tech Tyler was awesome!

Have been using Malone’s over 20 years. After realizing our AC wasn’t cooling we called for service and Ron came out same evening. He checked and tried several things to repair and was very thorough but repairs were going to be $1500 but since unit was 20 years old we opted to just replace. Installers came out in 2 days and just finished installing our new unit. The installers were super respectful and did a fantastic job. So so pleased. We definitely would give Malone’s heating and air an A+

Although they did not fix my A/C unit, they were professional in accepting their shortcomings. I would definitely recommend this company in the future. Managers and technicians were very professional
My air unit stopped working on a Sunday. I contacted several local companies on Monday and Malone was the only company that could get a technician there that afternoon. The problem was diagnosed within a few minutes. Since my unit is older, the part was not accessible locally. The part was ordered on Tuesday and another technician installed it on Wednesday afternoon and I had a cool home again that night. Professional and no nonsense. I appreciate their company and service.
Ron has serviced my equipment on several occasions. He is pleasant, knowledgable and effecient. I respect his opinion and his work. Been a Malone customer for over thirty years, and He is one of their finest.

Excellent, professional service. We called at 9:00 am and had a tech at our house at 9:15 am and he was able to take care of our issue and get us back to better than before in less than an hour. Big shout out to Chad, thank you for everything!
