I was part of their loyalty program, because they did satisfactory work when installing my walk in shower. I had an leak with the basin of my kitchen sink. I called, they arrived on Friday, reviewed the situation and determined that the cost for the strainers and plumbing would be $290.00. The plumber only had one strainer on his van and said he would have to come back on Monday. There was no other work done, no other plumbing work, only replaced a $30.00 strainer within 60 minutes. Told me to use the other side of the sink, it would be fine to use. He was WRONG!! HAD TO CALL ANOTHER PLUMBER TO FIX THE OTHER SIDE!! THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO GO TO A LOCAL STORE TO GET THE PART.THEY CHARGE FLAT FEES AND YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR. YOU AGREE TO PAY BEFORE THE WORK IS DONE!! DON'T FALL FOR THE SCAM!!
Josh Sims came out to fix a clogged drain at my mother's house. He was very courteous and professional, and did an excellent job.
Jacob and Patrick came out same day when the company I have been with for seven years said 3 days. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and got my HVAC cooling again fast, at a very reasonable cost. I was very impressed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The telephone customer service was the worst I have ever encountered and they tried to scam me out of 7,800.00 for a new septic system that I DID NOT NEED! They still charged me over 550.00 and did not fix anything! I called a different company the next day. They came out immediately and fixed my problem in 45 minutes for 365.00! I am a woman and they saw an opportunity to scam me! Unbelievable!
The Team of Zach, Brian and Jimmy did a thorough search to identify the issue regarding the RSV valve. Being an older home, they took the time to find the problem. Provided updates throughout. Performed the work efficiently and timely once issue was identified. Very trustworthy and honest. Highly recommend this group for your next plumbing issue. Very pleased with their service. Thank you. Patrick was very nice and knew exactly what to do. He took care of the problem and did so in a very kind efficient way! Unrelated to the work of Patrick it was a little bit confusing as to what was going to happen, and when someone could get help here! I spoke with someone on Saturday night that told me I would get service around eight in the morning, but the person was not able to be here until much later in the morning But that had nothing to do with the good efficient service that Patrick provided! I will always continue to use HEP!

Tried to scam with saying i have belly in pipe and i have to pay 5300 on top of 717 and 68 service fee i have already paid. Thankfully I contactacted a local plumber and he opened drain and everything working fine. They havent clear tha clog at first place and scammed me 3 day with new service every time. Never go for low pressure jetter they have for 717$ its low pressure and backsup if there is a clog.
Eric and Chloe were very friendly off the bat. Informative, understanding and personal in giving our quote. Though ultimately we decided to go with another company, our experience with them was a pleasant one.
The plumbers showed up when they were scheduled. They were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.
From the first meeting with David, it was very professional and quick. Once everything was scheduled the electrician Cosmin, was great very fast and good work not only did the required work but also made sure it was now up to code. Once the plumbers, Brad and Corbin, showed up they were just as professional their work was done very well and kept me informed at all times. Everyone involved went above my expectations. I would hire again for future needs as long as it is the same group that I got today.
Adam & Josh did a great job installing our island lighting. Very professional & courteous. The job was done quickly & they cleaned up beautifully. I would recommend HEP for electrical jobs!
Cosim and Brad were excellent technicians that performed my electrical and plumbing services. I was updated prior to their arrival with a text and phone call. They were efficient with clear communication.
Earnest repaired our shower valve and was amazing! He was patient and efficient and we definitely would like to use HEP again and Earnest’s services again!!
I have purposely waited 3 months to write my review for roofing services I received by John Levardi because I wanted to make sure my shingles stayed on and they did!! John was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to repair areas that other roofers were not. I am thankful for all his help. I definitely recommend him for your roofing needs.
