I can't say enough good things about Eldridge Service Co. Jill took our call and arranged for a technician to service our unit THE NEXT DAY! She was so courteous and helped us with a service plan. Our technician, Josh, arrived as scheduled and immediately got to work carrying out service items. Josh was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to kindly answer all our questions. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend the professionals at Eldridge Service Co.
Always awesome quick service with a smile. Josh came out and fixed our ac unit today. He was very polite and made sure to leave everything cleaner than he found it.

Tyler the service man was very professional and understanding. He inspected the unit and gave great advice for the future and current repair of our aging system. Definitely someone who you would trust in your home!
This company is great! They service my unit every year since I bought my house. Tyler is very knowledgeable, efficient and very nice. He goes over and beyond with customer service. This is the 3rd year I have used this company and the 2nd time Tyler has serviced my unit.

Eldridge Service was very prompt on coming out to my house last year when my unit stopped working. They quickly resolved the issue and got my air working again. So of course I joined the maintenance program. Raymond has done a great job and is very thorough every time he comes out.

Over decades of owning a home,I have had the needs of various service providers. Until recently, I haven’t needed HVAC services. I had heard several positive comments about Eldridge Heating &Air. Upon speaking with the office, I realized why they had so many positive comments. Mika Clark, who did the evaluation of my problem. He was professional, gave me options & guided me well. Hayden & Alec, installation were prompt, courteous & explained everything to my satisfaction. Eldridge heating & air is the definition superior customer service!
I think people may misunderstand what a maintenance contract actually is, or what it covers. It is designed to keep your units running as they should, for as long as possible. Most of the time your unit doesn't need refrigerant and checking just wastes some of it if you don't. My technician explained exactly what he planned to do (which seemed like a lot) and he took the time to complete everything thoroughly. I'm sure ALL Eldridge technicians are great, but I can tell you from experience, if your technician greets you with a smile and says, "Hi, my name's Colby," you are about to get excellent service. Very impressed with Eldridge and Colby. I would highly recommend their maintenance agreement.

They responded in a timely manner in diagnosing my problem then came within a day to install my new unit. They were professional workers who worked efficiently! They cleaned up after the installation! My Thanksgiving guests arrived that evening and enjoyed a nice warm house! I made a call to request service for the older unit at my childhood home and Shelia was able to set me up for the very next day. Raymond called to let me know he was 20 minutes away and arrived promptly. He explained everything he was doing and even was prepared to offer and install a surge protector for the unit which would extend it's life. My husband and I have used Eldridge for years. What wonderful service. This business is a shining example of what a business should be. I highly recommend if you are interested in protecting your heating and air unit investment.😊💯
