Michael came out and serviced my unit during one of the hottest summer days. Informed me of the problem and what the process to fix it was going to be. I continue to recommend him and call on him when I need any help. He’s quick to respond and answer any questions I may have.
Best Heating and Air replaced my AC unit and Mike and his team was professional and quick. I had no surprise cost. Since then he as worked on my parents Heating and AC and the house next to them. He always try to get to your house as soon as he can and you can trust him to not have any cost.
Excellent communication when our unit went down following a severe storm. Michael had up back up and running less than 24 hours later with a completely new unit- and just in time for the 4th of July holiday. Highly recommend!

I've used Best Heating and Air Conditioning for the last couple years and have be very pleased. Michael is very quick to respond. We had an issue with the replacement HVAC unit he installed but he is very thorough and persistent in tracking down issues. I will absolutely be calling him for any future maintenance or when one of my other two units poops the bed.
Best Heating & Air did an incredible job on my new ac unit and new furnace installation. Fairly priced as well, I highly recommend them for any HVAC services you might need!

Arrived on time, with professional appearance & introduction. Entered my home, briefly spoke of access needed to diagnose the issue, and to my satisfaction wasted no time returning to me with a diagnosis. He explained his survey of the system and the specific repair needed to get me back to comfort. I agreed to the service repair proposed, with relative understanding of the scope of work to be performed. Upon completion of the service, and with an array of payment methods accepted, the experience much less of an interruption than my original concern forecasted. I have inquired as to upgrades to system, and will approve further service and maintainence from this company.
Best Heating & Air was the third HVAC company to look at our unit that was not working. Mike was able to diagnose and fix the problem for a fraction of the cost we were quoted by two other competitors. No run around, showed up when he said he would, and didn’t price gouge us. We will continue to use Best Heating & Air.

I have used Best Heating and Air Conditioning for several years. The first couple times Micheal serviced and repaired my aging HVAC system and saved me a lot of money by being able to put off a complete replacement for another year. This year when I finally needed a new system I got several quotes and he was able to provide the best price and had it installed within days. Definitely have and will continue to recommend this business to anyone needing HVAC service ir replacement.
I used Best Heating & Air in the late spring when my upstairs A/C unit started blowing hot air one day. He came out at night and replaced the condenser for a reasonable price and got the A/C working swiftly. Fast forward to today (late September), I've got an issue with my downstairs HVAC unit (15+ yrs old) and called the listed number multiple times over multiple days and left voicemails but no one answers or picks up the phone. Its like the business is shut down but google hasn't caught up with that.
Tecnician was prompt, knowledgeable and honest. Will use him again.
Very reasonable turn around time, professional and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem on my antiquated system in less then 30 mins. I would look forward to doing business with again in the future.
This is my 3rd time using “ Best heating and air” he really is the best! And this is also the third time charging me minimum fees! My AC was completely done for and he could have told me it was anything he wanted, but he was honest and only charged me for a small part and service fee. My AC is ice cold and it happened in a hurry! What a great service and honest guy!

Great response time and completely fixed 2 issues we were having. I called Michael first with a ductless unit that wasn't that all of a sudden wasn't draining after a year and half. It was fixed quickly and at a fair price. Then at a time when I'm sure HVAC maintenance was in extreme demand our top floor unit stopped blowing cold air. He had tech to tell him exactly what the issue was and parts available to fix it on the spot. Again, couldn't be happier and will call with any future issues.
Michael has been incredible! My AC had two (unrelated) issues within a week and both times he was so quick to get me in and fix the issue. He showed me the issues and gave me a lot of information about my HVAC system that I really appreciated. He was so great to work with and I will continue to work with him in the future without a doubt. He is obviously knowledgeable and does really honest work. Feels like a lucky find!!
