They finished faster than they said they would. Especially for commercial that is amazing. That rarely happens especially when unit stops working when it is extreme temperatures
Ray and his guys are great! They installed my gas range and helped me determine what was wrong with our gas fireplace. They will be coming back to clean our ac ducts and look at installing a return in our upstairs.
Came first thing the next morning. Was several hundred cheaper than another estimate. Tech was knowledgeable and explained everything.

Assured comfort installed new system for us at our home. Ray was very professional, straight forward and clear about our old system and what the course of action should be. They were able to install the system 20% less then other companies.
I had several different companies diagnose my old unit, spent a lot of money trying to replace parts then they all said the same thing in only a few minutes. When Jason with Assured Comfort came out for the first time and spent about a hour checking it out thoroughly. He took the time to explain the problem, and it made perfect sense to me. I completely trusted his diagnosis. Ray was very helpful with the purchasing and financing process, scheduled it for the same week and had my new unit installed and working in only a few hours. They are all very professional, polite, clean messes they make in your home, and are even kid and animal friendly! A few months later the unit developed a small leak, and they promptly came out to fix it. They went above and beyond to fix the issues and ensure that I was completely satisfied. I can’t thank them enough for handling it the way they did. They strive to make sure their customers are happy with the quality of their work!

The technician saved the day, was super polite, courteous and helpful! Our A/C went out in the middle of the night, in August! When he arrived, he was able to fix the issue that we couldn’t get fixed with another company. We were worried we would be without a/c for more than a day (other company said it would be a week!), but his professionalism, expertise and willingness to please was above and beyond! Our experience was a breath of fresh air, pun intended! I would absolutely refer this company to any of my friends or family! We are very thankful for his hard work and attention to detail!
