Tammy was professional, courteous, and responsive to my HVAC concerns. Kyle showed up on time, diagnosed and corrected the problems with my air conditioning quickly, and left the area without a trace that he had been working on it. Having lived in the area over 20 years, I would definitely recommended this company over any of their competitors. Thank you so much for the excellent service US Air!
This weekend I went downstairs to find our AC system had started leaking and was beginning to flood our basement. We called US Air and the technician arrived first thing this morning to check it out for us. We were concerned it was going to be a costly repair, but fortunately for us, this time it was a minor fix - just a clogged drain. We've used them for more than 15 years now and always found them to be reliable, honest, and reasonable. I would always recommend US Air for any HVAC needs!

We've used this company for regular AC maintenance at our home for the past few years and never had a complaint. Recently used them for our church to replace an AC unit there as well. They were on time, did a thorough job, and we are very pleased with their work!
My family has been using US Air for the last few years. Tammy is very informative when answering the phone. The guys who come out to check on my heating and air are always polite, friendly, and explain what the issue is before completing the work. I would highly recommend using them for all your HVAC needs.
Timely response and service plan
Could not be more happy with the company and the repair. They came out the same day diagnose what was wrong got the part the next morning and repaired it. From when I called them to when it was repaired it was 26 hours! The only reason it was that long is that they had to pickup the part the next morning. Hard to find fast quality reasonable repair but US air heating and air-conditioning was outstanding!
I have used this business for 2 years at the apartment complex I manage in Clarksville, TN. I have always had a good experience until this week. After speaking with a woman named Tammy the other day who was extremely rude to me, and pretty much sounded like she didn't care to take our business. I was told that they were so busy that they couldn't get to me until late next week but someone would call me back. I agreed but never got a call back. Two days later in that same week, I have a guy who randomly shows up to do the work. I explain that I never got a call back to tell me he was coming and that I wasn't expecting him so he couldn't do the work. After the technician leaves I get a call back from Tammy chastising me about how she tried to call my office yesterday. Well I didn't have any messages and this is a business and I cannot answer every call. Tammy was really rude telling me I should just find someone in town to do our work going forward because the 25-30 minute drive just isn't worth it for them to take our business anymore. Even though we've been customers for 2 years. Tammy needs to go, I'm sure the owner's wouldn't appreciate the way she handles customers.
I'm really impressed with Brad who came out and gave an estimate. He answered all my questions and was extremely informative. He observed all mask rules so we are happy and hope to use them.
We’ve used U.S. Air for over 20 years and have always found their technicians to be knowledgeable and trustworthy. They get the job done without trying to sell you something you don’t need. I highly recommend this company.

US Heating & Air put in our original system and continue to maintain it. They always do a good job, are friendly, and are nice to our pets. Highly recommended!
I was actually uncertain about using a company that had so few reviews, but they were listed as a warranty partner with my brand of furnace. I looked up their website and their website is near identical to A-1 Heating & Cooling - which had me concerned, concerned that they were owned by the same people. If that is the case, I couldn't tell because the lady who answered the phone her mannerism and approach is a lot more down to earth and personable - in a way Southern. I explained to her the situation about me looking for a second quote and my HVAC being under warranty - she wrote a few things down and told me she would call me back. She called me back minutes later and stated that someone could come out there within the next hour as they are finishing up a job near me to assess. I was surprised to hear same day service and it was already 11AM. Before he even came out - she even gave me the total labor cost to install it - if the item I needed to have replaced was the correct one. I called numerous places, and none of them would give me any type of quote over the phone. Other places told me everything from 'No one is here to do that' to 'We would need someone out there before you receive any quote since it's a repair.' I feel like she has some authority when it comes to the business, and that is always a plus. But, he came out there less than an hour later, diagnosed it, ordered parts from Nashville, and showed up the next morning to install it. Didn't try any pressuring sales tactics to upsell me any type of warranty or maintenance plan. The only thing they should get is one of those Square devices, so that they can take debit/credit cards via phone/tablets instead of over the phone.
Excellent and very professional company.Tammy responds as promised, Matt's crew on time, professional and courteous. They completed a good looking Hvac replacement and left the area clean and neat. A great team to work with! Thank you!

this is a great company, they installed a new unit for me. They were very professional. the cost was good. cleaned up very well. installed it earlier then expected. i really recommend these guys. you can't go wrong
