We have used Moore heating & cooling several times now and they are ALWAYS very responsive and professional but also compassionate about their work. Cody works fast and efficiently to fix any issue with your HVAC\AC/heat system. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing assistance with any AC/heat issue or maintenance!

1st Time using Cody Moore @ Moore Heating and Cooling. Called at 8AM - He stated he would be at my home between 12-1PM and arrived on time at Noon! He quickly evaluated the issue, found the parts to replace and returned to complete the job. Very professional, punctual, and kind. Pricing was appropriate as well. Please support local business! We called Cody on the referral of a friend, and he was everything we'd hoped! Our secondary unit went out and he scheduled us right away. He arrived on time, listened to my explanation of the problem, found the solution and explained it to me. He was prompt, knowledgeable, understanding and reasonably priced. My heat went out in the middle of winter. Below freezing nights. Moore Heating and Cooling came out same day, got me through the night, called first thing in the morning, went all the way to Nashville to get the replacement part and even got it under warranty for me. He went above and beyond for us and we greatly appreciate it.

Cody was able to come inspect our furnace the same day we called for a quote. He was responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. He did some routine maintenance on the heating unit and got the pilot light going for us so that we can start warming our house as the cold sets in. We were extremely pleased with his service and will be calling him again in the future!
Cody was honest, responsive, professional, patient, and very informative. He invested time in diagnosing the issues, made cost-effectively, and customer-friendly recommendations for repairs. He focused on customer satisfaction vs. making a sale. Cody made sure to find the right equipment for our home vs. competitors who were interested in up-selling and selected the wrong equipment. 10/10 in customer satisfaction.

Cody came out quickly and repaired my AC this summer when it was swelteringly hot! He even searched for a warranty on our unit that I was unaware of and saved me a little money. He went beyond just normal repair service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
