On time, respectful, and knows what he’s doing definitely recommend to anyone with issues or questions over heating and air. He stayed at my house till 11 pm just to make sure my heat was fixed and fixed right!

Ray was great to do business with! He came out the same day I placed the call. I was quoted an upfront rate for the service call and he got my a/c unit troubleshooted and fixed in a couple hours. He also went above and beyond to clean my unit. He explained everything clearly and some tips on how to keep my unit running efficiently in the future. I absolutely highly recommend Ray and After Hours Heating and Cooling!

Our nest threw an error code during the day, I called and was put on the schedule for the following day at 4pm. Luckily it isn't in the height of summer!! But then Ray sent a message that he could get by at 5:30 same day! Hallelujah! We had air flowing through our home by 7pm!!!
So pleased with the outcome. The technician was so courteous and knowledgeable. He cleaned out A/C and replaced a part. He came out the same day and was so nice and explained everything to my husband. The price was so reasonable. We will have him back in the fall to clean and service our furnace. I highly recommend After Hours Heating and Cooling.
Ray responded quickly to my message regarding needing my HVAC system looked at. He came when he said he would, did the work he said he would, and kept me appraised of everything he was doing, or that I needed, during the appointment. My HVAC is working great. Will definitely use After Hours again!
Our heat went out on a Saturday and Ray was there an hour later! He’s friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He explained everything and wasn’t pushy!

The customer service was the best, Ray Collins came out to check the heat/air unit. He checked it throughly and came up with the problem. I scheduled an appointment with Ray Collins and he was on time, he worked until the job was complete(even in the rain). So I now have heat and I would highly recommend this business.
