Our unit stopped cooling and quickly got up to 83 in the house. Of course, it was after hours and we really didn't want to sweat ourselves to sleep. Thank goodness for Michael and Grand Mechanical! I had cold air less than an hour and a half after i placed the service call!!! Best HVAC service experience I've ever had.

Grand mechanical heat & air … came though less then 24 hours and replace and installed all with in the 24 hours I’m definitely one satisfied customer and the owner Michael Parrish Has great communication skills, really easy to talk with and so are his employees I’m gonna Recommend Grand Mechanical heat & air to everyone I know . My A/C went out at noon. When I got home at 7:30 PM my house was almost 90 degrees inside. A friend referred me to Grand Mechanical and by 11:00pm they had my unit up and running again. We got lucky, replaced a few parts and charged it up. But I'm so glad I chose a professional with these guys and gals. Great service and affordable considering the quality and prompt service. Thanks a million times yall!
I called last minute not expecting a return the same day and, not only did I get quick answer, he was able to get to my home about an hour after the call. He knew my units problem immediately and quickly fixed it for my family. He was very kind and helpful. I am now typing this review in my cool living room now.
The people were extremely nice! BUT they told me I needed to replace my WHOLE unit which was 4400.00 and thankfully I got a second opinion and only paid 336.00 for a repair through another company instead of totally replacing!
I needed emergency work done after everyone else had closed for the day. The gentleman was at my home within 30-40 minutes of our phone call. Had the skill and supplies to get the job done quickly.
Our air went out on a 90 degree weekend. Michael responded within the hour to diagnose the problem. He determined that we needed to replace the unit. He went above and beyond to get the equipment needed the same day. He sent his team quickly with the new unit and they installed it well into the night to get us up and running. The staff is very professional and I would highly recommend them.
I had another heating and air company out to repair my unit who was unsuccessful and stated my 4 year old unit needed to be replaced. Grand was recommended by a friend. I gave them a call and Michael came out immediately, troubleshot the issue, offered some solutions and was able to get my air repaired within days. Highly Recommend!
Do not use michael Parrish with Grand Mechanical. He is not reliable and doesnt show up on time. Was supposed to do job for me and be there 930 am after a meeting. Text at 830 asking approximate ETA he said 1 pm. I was like what you mean 1pm. He was supposed to RIP out ductwork and replace all on one day. Calls at 11 am saying hes not doing job leaving me hanging. Move in is Thursday in this house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR HVAC HE WILL SCREW YOU TOO!!!!!!

These guys are GREAT!!!! Not only are they a QUALITY contractor, they are timely, neat and very courteous. For example when walking through the house they always pull off their boots without even having to ask. Also their prices are really good. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a GREAT HVAC contractor. I am a Veteran of the USAF and truly appreciate quality when I see it.
Great work at a great price! Grand Mechanical has taken care of HVAC needs for the past couple of years and we have always been pleased.
I just had my heat and air put in by Michael owner of Grand Mechanical heat and air. I couldn't of asked for a better person to do the job. The price was right! The job was done perfect! It was not a sloppy job. It was very neatly done and with a lot of pride. I would refer everyone to Michael. I am very pleased with his work and price. Thank you Michael for doing such a great job!
