We have used Mr Greenway twice. Technicians Steve and Pablo were both fantastic! They gave us options, we’re very knowledgeable and didn’t try to pressure us for an up sell. I highly recommend! Pablo came out at 10:00 pm to fix our unit because of high call volume but didn’t complain and was extremely courteous!!!
I loved my experience with this company. They were out within 2 hours. They replaced our water heater the following day. Said they would be there at 12 to 5. Came around 11am with a phone call. Both gentlemen, jeriamiah and in hink darius could not have been more polite and attentive to detail. I would recommend them to everyone.
Don’t waste your money, time, or sanity working with this company to repair your AC. They don’t intend to do any work, but do want to take as much of your money (and sanity) as possible in the process. They charged me a fee to come out then gave me a grossly padded and inflated quote ($16K) for work they hadn’t even deemed as necessary in their assessment. When trying to drill down into what was actually needed (over multiple calls with over 10 customer service agents) their highest ranking technical manager, Mike, remained committed to the scam, quoting $850 for a condensation pump mod (available online for less than $100) as reasonable without him or his techs even looking at it. Needless to say, the inflated quote led the warranty company to reach out for clarity. Rather than being transparent, they tried to bypass them and upsell me a hvac system they themselves admitted was unnecessary. Furthermore, they refused to send the accurate diagnosis to AHS because they knew the most expensive parts would have to be covered and they didn’t want to lose good standing with the company that provides them so many clients. They are willing to work overtime to disenfranchise the customer in service of this relationship. Even after over a month of repeated calls and scheduled visits (the last of which they did not even show up for and have yet to reschedule) my AC remains broken on the hottest summer on record and repeated calls continue to end in frustration and inexplicably yet another $300 fee. The whole process is a scam and it should be unconscionable that a company be more committed to money than the safety of their customers during a record heat wave. If you are like me and have a family you need to keep alive, avoid working with this company at all costs!!
This is a company that does not live up to the very words that come out of their mouth. The techs show up in Greenway trucks but the office people in the office say they are homesetv an affiliate and don't go by the thirty minutes promise. This company has me sitting waiting for five hour in 100 degree heat after the tech told me he was on the way. Talked to the tech at least two time and was told he was on the way. Now it's Wednesday of the next week still no air and still can't get an appointment until the following Thursday. This is bad business. Guess you can't get quality work in memphis unless you live in the collierville Germantown area. This company ought to be ashamed of their self.
I had a sewer back up in my house the technician Brian came out at midnight worked very hard to get the clogged pipe unclogged was very courteous and informative about what he was doing. He was unable to get it unclogged but went in to detail of how they could solve the problem. They will be back today to jet out the pipe . Highly recommend Mr. Greenway and Brian is a true asset to their company in Memphis
Technician was here 30 minutes after calling when my ac broke. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He found the problem and fixed it right away. I highly recommend.
Larry did a great job on my AC that went out during the storm. Explained the issues to me and fixed it within 1.5 hours.

I had a leak in my closet that I had no idea how it got there. Initially, I thought it was from the foundation. Greenway Home Services was called to detect and fix the problem. The Technician looked inside the walls, 2nd floor bathroom, outside faucets, and located the leak inside the wall. After, two attempts to repair the pipe, Greenway removed it put in another one. Their determination and professionalism helped to resolve a small leak that caused major problems. Thanks.
Just had my A/C serviced by your technician Trevor in memphis Tn. He was fast, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Definitely would have him come out to service or do repairs on my heating and air.
Joe came to check my clogged sewer line. He was on time, very professional and kept me in the loop the whole way! Great representative of your company!
Trevor provided super outstanding service in conducting my annual cooling system inspection and cleaning. Kept me abreast of what he was doing and provided useful tips for maintaining the cooling system. Would recommend him by name for future service.
Mister Greenway did an incredible job with the installation of furnace units & water heater. This team is amazing starting with the project manager, Linzie. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was needed along with the various options & benefits. Moreover, Linzie made sure that everything was prepped along with provided instructions to the team for a seamless job. The team (e.g. Dallas, Oz, etc.) did a thorough job with the installation of the equipment along with ensuring that my home would not be damaged. After completion of the job, the team did an extensive job with cleaning up. I definitely pleased with Mister Greenway’s work!
On Tuesday, 6/13/23, your technician came to my house, became, the new air conditioner system, that was put in about 3 weeks ago stopped working. When both technician came out, they left the back gate open. Therefore, my baby,(dog), Jovie Reco ,16 yrs old, got out of the backyard and got hit by a car and die. Please informed your technician always to closed the gate once they open it. This a tion cause the death of my Lapoddle, Jovie Reco.
My Technician was Griffin. He was very professional, engaging and repaired my A/C in a timely manner. I give him 2 thumbs up for EXCELLENT service. The response time was great/same day and the price was affordable.
Larry was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful at resaving our issue. The same day service was absolutely essential due to my health issues. We were very satisfied in every way.
We were left with almost $4k in drywall repairs once they were finished, but that is not the most upsetting thing. For me, this company will always be remembered as causing the disappearance and now certain death of my cat. My 14 year-old cat was driven away by the Greenway team jackhammering in our garage. He has been missing (despite searching in two counties and offering a substantial reward for his safe return) for more than four weeks now, and could not survive this long without his twice-daily insulin injections. Shockingly, I was harassed by this company almost immediately after posting my review. They called my home phone number! WOW.
They gave me great information in regards to the repair of my unit and went over all my options. They were not push and very informative. I would never go with another company after dealing with the staff at Mister Greeeenway!
Trevor did an AMAZING job inspecting and cleaning my HVAC system! He was very thorough in doing his job! Couldn't have asked for better service!!!!
