My AC went out on a 90 degree holiday weekend and they came right away and fixed the problem within half an hour. Excellent customer service.

Brad and his team are wonderful. Our heat went out and he came out in the middle of the night in the rain to diagnose it and get the parts ordered. He offered to loan us some space heaters to get us through until the part arrived. We were up and running the same day the part arrived from nashville. We also use them for twoce yearly maintenance. Everest is the place to call.
Technicians were professional, on time, went straight to work, and talked things thru with me. Another great experience.
They are quick to come out and fix our problem on the hottest day of the year so far!

Everest got my service after not having heat for over two weeks and failing miserably with another provider. They came out, diagnosed and came back with the parts to complete the repair on the same day!
I was referred to Everest Air and met their tech at one of my rental homes where he diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, all for just the service call. I decided at that time to install a new a/c where they gave me multiple choses. After deciding on a package unit they where out promptly to install and I just couldn't be happier. This company is very professional, they know what they're doing. I wouldn't use anyone else. They are very honest people! They've been doing our maintenance for a few years now and we've had some repairs along the way. They respond quickly, they really care about their customers. We had Everest Air install a HVAC unit for the 2nd and 3rd floor of our house. They were very professional and courteous. The install was difficult due to the age of the house and limited space to run ducting. They were able to figure it out and do a fantastic job. The owner has followed up to make sure we are happy with everything. Would highly recommend using Everest Air.
