Spencer was timely to help fix my hot-water heater. He was knowledgeable and offered suggestions and tips. He is incredibly friendly and professional.

I called Larry’s heating and cooling they charge $85 plus tax to diagnose furnace Kalins charges $99 to diagnose furnace but I couldn’t get them to come out Until a few days, so I called Yankton heating and cooling ask them how much they charge to come out. They wouldn’t tell me. I told him what was wrong with my garage furnace. It would come on and off work and not work. He came to my house first thing he said give me your credit card I said it’s in my wheelchair van you’ll have to get it. We are elderly and I am very disabled not because I have one leg but because of my heart. He didn’t bring no tools. He use my ladder and a few minutes later told me I needed a circuit board and a few other parts would come to around 700$to $800 just by looking at it. No special testing. I told him I would talk it over with Sandy and I did and she said we could not afford to fix it or buy a new one and again I asked him how much he was going to charge before he left and in a text when he was gone. He never respond back. A young lady that helps us keep our house up stopped. She said this is happened to her furnace. It’s probably just a loose wire. She went up the ladder sure enough, the thermostat wire was loose tighten it up and the furnace is still working to this day 14 days went by. I got a email that said my bill was past due on February 9 and he wanted $143 plus change if he would’ve told me it was that much I would’ve never called him in the first place because we’re on Social Security money, only and I will never we will never call again because I feel he was very dishonest

We had just moved in and the first day at the house our AC went out. We made a call late in the afternoon, Spencer came out the next morning, ordered a part after assessing the issue, came back the following day and repaired the issue. Was great to work with and quick response!
Called Spencer was having problems with my old furnace, he worked with me through text messages to get pictures and ordered a new furnace and ac unit, within two weeks he was at my house to install new system had it installed and working in two days, very professional and thorough installation thanks
Spencer has been wonderful to work with, he put a new furnace and a/c in last fall. Our a/c stopped work and I called him and he came out right away to see what was wrong, and we need a new one, they got a unit right away and it’ll be put in a week. Since we got a furnace and a/c from them our bill has went down by $150 dollars a month. Would highly recommend them, Spencer is very professional!
We feel so blessed to have Spencer in Yankton! He went above and beyond to fit us in on a weekend morning, and he was so patient and understanding when he had to stay longer than expected. We also appreciated how he taught us about our system and walked us through the issue and diagnosis. His hard work and commitment to customers clearly shows his care for this community. Our system went down on the first hottest weekend of the summer. After our usual (Yankton) company failed to fix our system, again, we reached out to Spencer for the first time. Even though he was very busy he came out the next day. He figured out what the problem was. Due to our system being older and having yearly issues, it was time for a new one. Spencer came out and installed a new system. He was very polite and professional! He took the time to discuss everything with us and answered all of our questions from start to finish! We are definitely sticking with Yankton Heating and Cooling!! The Griffiths

Spencer is professional, educated and polite. He was able to identify a problem and provide the appropriate solution to a heating and cooling issue our nonprofit was having. Best, he donated his services to give back to his community. I plan to use him for personal use in the future. If you need honest and timely services, let Spencer bid your project.
During the recent cold weather, responded right away and provided options that resulted in quick, affordable and quality work. I will be contacting them for any future hearing/cooling work.
Excellent customer service! Recently we were out of town and noticed on our app that there was a problem. Called Spencer on a Sunday and he met a relative that had a key within an hour and had the problem fixed quickly. Highly recommend!!!

Our AC unit quit early this summer and we were dreading this unexpected cost. Spencer gave us an extremely detailed breakdown of all of the services offered, different options, etc. He was not only the cheapest in Yankton, but the products are very high quality. He came out within a few days and head everything installed. He was very nice and great with our pets. He left our basement cleaner than when he arrived. He also allowed us to break our payments up into two installments which really helped us this summer financially. He is quick to respond to any question or concern we have. If I could give 10/10 stars, I would. I highly recommend Yankton Heating and Cooling for anyone looking to install a new AC/Furnace unit.
Put in a call about a mobile home we have in Yankton having water heater issues. Came right out on a Saturday to check it for us. Very honest, and trustworthy!
From the first phone call when we talked to Mike, he was friendly, pleasant and very helpful all the way through the service call when Spencer arrived to work on our A/C, he was knowledgeable, took care of our issue in a timely manner, he too was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Very professional and highly recommend them!
We recently had our AC go out on a weekend. We called and Spencer quickly responded! He was very knowledgeable and professional and quickly discovered the problem! We will most definitely be calling again for any and all AC or heating problems we may encounter!
