Everyone was great to work with from the start to the install of our new HVAC system. We are very happy with our new HVAC system.
We have several plumbing issues going on and Zack came to the house on time and well prepared. He fixed a couple of faucet problems quickly and for a problem he didn’t have the part at that time, he came back the second day and tested everything he need to use beforehand to make sure there won’t be any problems and get it fixed super quickly. He is extremely considerate, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Best plumbing experience we have had and highly recommend.
Want to give Kudos to Taylor, Julie, Sherry and all the techs. Worked with them for years. They are very pleasant and follow up on my crazy requests. Would recommend.
We have had Waterbury out several times. Very courteous and professional. Unfortunately, we needed them out several times for repairs. And they have been great every time. Shelly on the phones has been a pleasure visiting with and thank you everybody.
I cannot say enough to say how grateful we are. They were so friendly and amazing! They worked on our almost 40 year old furnace that wasn’t working and completely rewired the rat nest of wires and safety hazard we had in there. It gave him a hell of a time. I know most people in this industry would have given up and told us to replace the furnace, but he pushed through and got it working and safe again. And for that, we are extremely grateful. From here forward will not be using anybody else but Waterbury.
If you need any repairs, maintenance, equipment quotes, call Waterbury! You will be glad you did. We have used Waterbury 4 or 5 times and each time they were wonderful. They always go above and beyond and do more than they need to. Everyone is very knowledgeable and not only fixes the issue but also makes sure we are doing everything to prevent any other problems. Some companies nickle and dime you just to tell you they can't fix the problem. Waterbury provides wonderful service and we always feel like they gave us a great deal.
Had an incredible experience with Gary, Bob and my installer through Waterbury. I'd been dealing with a 21 year old furnace that was on it's last leg and broke during the -40 weather. We called multiple businesses in Sioux Falls to get a quote and immediately cancelled the rest of my appointments after meeting Gary. Gary came to my house for a site visit just two hours after making the initial call. Gary checked my system out and had a quote to me by the next day. He then had Bob come help fix our system to help get us to the new install date. Bob had the unit fixed in a half hour and it worked flawlessly to the day of install. We have a two year old and a 3 month old, so this really meant a lot to us. Install Day: I missed his name, but he was there right at 8am and had the unit installed by 4:30pm. Walked me through the new system and left my house looking just as when he arrived. He also took the initative to move a drain pipe to the other side of the unit to help open up our walkway in our utility room. It was a small thing, but I really appreciated it. -Quick service -They cared about what they do -They offered money saving solutions -Costco/Lennox deal is unbeatable -Sign out process was quick and painless -Very responsive -The Lennox system/humidifier is performing very well Best experience I've had with a Business in a long time

We needed our water heater replaced and moved to another area in the same room since we were going with a bigger tank. We received several quotes and Waterbury’s estimate was in line with others. What set them apart was Bob ( estimator) set us up on the schedule and told us to cancel if we go elsewhere. He seemed to care that we didn’t have hot water and wanted us on a schedule to be safe. No need to go elsewhere. Work completed within a day, we paid the quoted price and had another excellent experience with Waterbury!
They are an excellent team of plumbers. I had a gas dryer uninstalled on a Friday so that we could take it out and bring in a newer washer and dryer. I also had a water shutoff that was leaking under my kitchen sink. He returned at 8:30 on Monday and updated or connected everything on my list in an hour. They were not big things but necessary repairs. He was efficient and came with everything he needed. I was a long time customer of Dan Parker Plumbing and they have joined with Waterbury. I recommend them for their skill as well as advise. Thank you
7/26/2022 Update. We are still with Waterbury. Due to astronomical growth in our city, appointments are further out than they have been in the past. The technicians are doing the best they can. Our air conditioning and heating unit, installed when the home was built in 1993, is old and tired. We are getting a new one in a month, again, due to all the construction and growth in our city. ***** Waterbury technicians seem to do a thorough and complete job when they come out. They explain things without being condescending, and I was offered a value plan which saves money and has them call me for seasonal checkups instead of me having to call and wait for weeks.
John Dahlin arrived to my home on time and called ahead of time to remind me of the appointment and ETA. I had duct cleaning and a Ubreathe air filtration system installed. John was very friendly, professional, cleaned up after himself well, timely, and efficient. He excels at his job and is very detail orientated. He was a good educator and very knowledgeable of the services he provided. This company is very affordable in comparison to the quotes I received from other businesses. I strongly recommend using this company and will use them in the future. He deserves a raise, retention bonus, and employee of the month award.
4-15-2022 Jim from Waterbury came out and replaced the water softener and main shutoff valve which also went bad. He was awesome to work with and very professional! I would highly suggest Waterbury and Jim definitely deserves a pay raise! 2021 Kelly came out and fixed our blower motor that had went out. Also got rid of a transformer that was smoking and would probably have started a fire. He was prompt and straight to the point. He knew what he was doing and wasn't afraid to say what needs to be done. He also noticed the ac was low on freon and gave some helpful advise on getting more airflow to it. Overall I appreciate how thorough Kelly was and the fact that he was willing to go beyond what was expected even as it passed 5pm.
we have used Tim a few times in the past and have been satisfied with his work, this time I was not happy, I had a kitchen faucet that needed to be installed. when he got here he looked at the box and said he didn't really want to install it because he thought I should look for a more expensive one, my husband and I had already looked around alot and had decided this was the best value for us, he didn't agree and said i needed to shop around more and he would be back later in the week. he told me he would install the faucet I had purchased already if we had not found another one, it made for a very uncomfortable installation appointment. probably will look for a different plumber
From the sales team to the service technician, this was the best experience ever. The salesman Gary, was professional and detailed and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Paul the service tech was great. He did not interrupt my work day with questions and did all the work with the professionalism I expected. Completely satisfied.
Ryan showed up on time, was personable and professional; he patiently answered all our questions and concerns. He quickly diagnosed and solved our electrical issue. I would very highly recommend him for any and all electrical issues.
Insall went OK but they reused a portion of the old exhaust and it did not fit well but they forced into place and called it good. Took my money and left. Looks like I will have to fix it myself. Thanks.
Waterbury was great to work with, everyone was very friendly and profession. They arrived as scheduled, did the work on time and without incident. Shiloh was very professional, did great work and was done when promised. He stayed and made sure all our questions about the new system were answered. Very good experience.
From the initial estimate to the paperwork to the installation, everything was done well and in a timely, professional manner. We are very pleased with our new furnace, and with the whole experience with Waterbury. We would strongly recommend them.
Big shout out to Ryan w at Waterbury! Had electrical in my basement that hadn’t worked for several years. Ryan w was very pleasant and professional he assessed the situation, explained to me what the issue was what he was going to do to fix it and BAM 💥 there was light! Thank you Ryan and the Waterbury staff. I’ve had several items done to my home and Waterbury is an will always be my one stop shop for electrical, plumbing, heating . Highly recommend their service’s.
