AC unit isn't a year old and keep getting this message even after the come out and say it's fixed.
From start to finish ROGERS has been TOP NOTCH. They helped me out in a big way when we decided to build a new home and things moved faster than expected. All of their guys are excellent at communicating and they show up when they say they are going to show up which is huge in the industry. Highly recommend for all plumbing and hvac work you would need.
Had Rogers help replace toilet and sinks in my rental property. Also have them service my furnace and AC at my personal home. Chris and his staff are the best!! They answer the phone and care!! Highly recommend!
Chris and his team do incredible work and very friendly service. Both times out they have checked what I asked for and both times everything was fine. They never once tried to sell me a part or something I didn't need. Great service

I cannot praise how well the owner, Josh, and each Rogers employee helped me navigate through all of the unseen issues that have popped up due to owning an old home. Excellent service at my home this morning to install new faucet that needed some alterations to work on our antique tub. Very reasonable price and we could tell the plumber knew what he was doing. Very happy.
Amazing service! Saved our family thousands by searching warranty items on our Carrier furnace, while other companies told us it needed to be replaced. Will always use Roger’s in the future!
Prompt service on a broken furnace was much appreciated! The technician was excellent. He diagnosed the problem quickly and tracked down the needed part quickly, even though the brand of my furnace was different from the brand his company represents.
I had requested estimates for a new furnace and some plumbing projects. He came out the end of June. Said it would be about 3 weeks. Didn't hear back so called. She said he'd been on vacation but was back, etc.... Waited another week or so and called back. she sounded frustrated with him, etc..... Called again in August. Finally sent furnace estimate (only took 5 weeks). Was kind of sloppy in my opinion so called someone else. Never did get the plumbing estimates. I wouldn't recommend this place.
They were very timely and gave me great advice on my A.C. Unit.

I have had Roger's do their annual maintenance on our furnace and AC units for the last several years. Couldn't be happier with their professionalism, honesty, and knowledge. Highly recommend them to anyone with a home. They don't try and just "sell" a furnace or air conditioner unless it is really needed.
Can't say enough good things about Roger's. Have used for several jobs, with the last being a full replacement of HVAC system. They wre able to schedule sooner, which was great! But even better was the fact that their bid came in almost $3,000 under the other company we had do a bid... and that included more efficient equipment! If you need HVAC work, look no further.
Dustin was such a great help in such a stressful circumstance! He arrived so promptly in an emergency and explained everything he was doing. He even shared some helpful tips on home maintenance that wasn’t even involved in the issue he came to fix. Dustin went above and beyond for us. THANK YOU!
Chris came out. Was looking at getting ac and furnace replaced. He took notes. Said Would be an easy change-out. He said will calling back in few days. Never heard from him again. we called and talked to receptionist. He refused to take our calls or call us back.
