These guys are awesome- found out our water heater had a major leak and called Krohmer Plumbing based on google reviews. They were able to fit me in to look at my water heater within about an hour of me calling, and then replaced my water heater right then and there because I was getting ready to leave town for work. They were very personable and professional. I will be calling them again if and when we have another plumbing issue!
Krohmer Plumbing came to our home to uncover the source of water stains in our ceiling. Our service technician was very friendly, great with our dogs and excellent about explaining everything. Tracking down the leak meant cutting into our dry-walled ceiling, but the mess was minimal, and it was easily patched after the fact. On the same service call, we also had two faucets and an outside spigot replaced. Our technician was quick and very capable. We highly recommend Krohmer Plumbing.
I am so relieved to have worked with Krohmer Plumbing in Sioux Falls. They were the third opinion I got. All of the other plumbers I had called said they could not help me without replacing my entire valve, and demoing behind my wall to replace the handle of my shower. Krohmer did research to find a replacement handle that would fit my current valve and replaced it in less than an hour, turning what could have been a $600-$800 project into less than $100. They were very helpful—I was so frustrated after working with other plumbers that essentially told me I needed to find a handle on my own or do a complete demo. As a young homeowner with no plumbing knowledge, I was so grateful that Krohmer took the time to solve my problems in a cost effective way. Thank you!
I had Krohmer out to add a bathroom in our basement and change out some pipes. They are professional, kind, and worth the money. Always answered the phone and responded to all my questions via phone and email. Had a great experience. Then, recently thought we had a separate leak in another area and they came out, had a look, and determined it was a leak in the roof, not the plumbing. Really appreciate their time and care. Not doing things that don't need to be done and having great customer service.
I know nothing about plumbing and when I called to explain what was happening the receptionist, Sam, was super friendly and helpful and even looked up service repairs that had been called in for the house before I moved in to try and find the root cause before sending someone out. She was able to get someone to my house within the hour, which was super helpful because I'm a single mom and speedy/quality service is always something I appreciate because I'm always on the go. The plumber was friendly, very knowledgeable and even checked a couple other questionable items before making his way out the door! I will definitely use this service for all my plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend them to my friend and family!!!

I LOVE Khromer. I had an issue with some leakage from my upstairs bathtub going out through my basement ceiling, and they were able to see me right away--even came earlier than expected. This is the second time I've had Chris come help me out, and he is so friendly and professional. He took care of my issue very quickly, and luck would have it that it was a lot smaller of an issue than I expected it to be. I'll continue to come to Khromer for all my plumbing needs as well as refer others. Thank you!
I had my outside water spigot spring a nasty leak this winter and had a substantial ice mountain when finally became aware if it. I discovered at this point that it didn't have a dedicated shut off valve. Krohmer to the rescue. They called before they arrived, left no mess at all and when the bill came....I was very happy with the amount. Highly recommend and they now have a loyal customer. Wanda Handevidt Sioux Falls SD
Being able to work with Krohmer on how to approach my request made my experience with them fantastic! Tanner took the time over several weeks to work with me through email and phone calls to understand what I was asking them to do. He asked pointed questions and after providing answers, we were able to come to an agreed upon solution. This involved them updating my outside faucets without having to cut holes in my ceilings, which would have made the project more intrusive and costly. Robert came out and was able to deliver this plan without hesitation! The cost was half of what I was quoted by 2 other local plumbers, as well. If will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs! Thank you Tanner and Robert for making this a great experience!
I honestly don't think I would bother calling anyone else but these guys to do my plumbing work. They are usually booked a few days in advance but always find a way to fit me in earlier from a cancellation or whatever it may be. They've always been very up front and honest and I feel the rates have been very reasonable. I've had a couple different plumbers of theirs come to my house and the work has been consistently good. If you are in need of a plumber, you should definitely start here!
Quick and better rate
Krohmer Plumbing was awesome to work with. We recently had a power outage for 7 hours, so we had to hand drain our sump pit every 20 minutes. The next day I called them and they came out and installed a new sump pump along with a water jet backup sump pump that works without power. A great piece of mind to have. Thank you so much, I highly recommend.

Outstanding Company
I was so impressed with the things they have fixed for us -Super nice guys- very efficient- solved a problem that another company had been here numerous times and just never could fix it - The young lady that answers their phones is so pleasant yet another perk
We had basically a "plumbing emergency". Krohmer got two plumbers to our house right away. They were courteous. They "bootied" up - even though they really didn't need to - and they made short work of two very corroded faucets. The rate was reasonable and we were back in business in no time. I'd use them again and I'd recommend them too.
Tanner was awesome! He knew what he was doing and remained calm the entire time, even when water was spraying everywhere. He stayed well after his work hours and I really appreciate that. I will call again for my next plumbing emergency!
