Always willing to help the contractors. They go above and beyond what is expected. If something is wrong they will do what is in their power to correct it.

Johnstone Supply- Sioux Falls, SD has again gone above and beyond with there customer service. We called around 12pm to report we had received a damaged product that we really needed to get installed. They showed up at our door about about 2-1/2 hours later (the amount of time it takes to get from Sioux Falls to our location) with the part we needed and we were able to keep the job moving. GREAT JOB Johnstone Supply!

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. These guys will help you figure it out and get the right parts for your project. They're also excellent at handling warranty issues without the typical hassle that can be encountered with warranty items. All in all I'd say that Johnstone is my first choice for parts and equipment.
